We had an impromptu dinner out before lockdown and ended up in this place. Didn't disappoint! Food was tasty and staff was accommodating and lovely! The spicy beef noodle soup was pretty spot on. I loved how the spice was just right and they provided extra chili for people who wanted a bit more kick. The hainan chicken, which they spelled as Hainam chicken in their menu, was a pleasant surprise as well and it came w a chicken and corn soup. Staff was accommodating and lovely. It's definitely a good dinner out!
The Khai's kitchen is a modern yet, authentic Vietnamese cuisine right in the heart of Noble Park. The courteous and friendly staff along with a well-maintained restaurant indoor make this place perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The store ambiance is very pleasant, and even the seating is pretty laid back.
I have tried their Vietnamese Pho, Noodles, Rice paper rolls, and the signature Vietnamese coffee. Fried pork and vermicelli noodles were terrific. I poured the entire Vietnamese dipping sauce, the Nuoc Cham, and it just changed the game. The Vietnamese coffee was a bit sweet for my taste but, I loved the coffee taste. The rice paper rolls (spring rolls), the best I have ever had. I wasn't even that hungry when I came here, but, as I started eating, I couldn't resist but finish the entire food. It was delicious, and I would love to visit again.
Another great Vietnamese eatery in Noble Park.
There are a few dishes which you don’t commonly find.
I went for the Mi Quang, which is more of a central Vietnamese dish.
The turmeric rice noodles has a hint of that earthiness, and the bowl comes loaded with shrimp, pork and sesame chips.
The serving side is pretty generous, and the service is friendly.
Great option for a casual Vietnamese meal.
Amazing authentic Vietnamese food, with a modern touch to it. Restaurant itself had a and great atmosphere, and the staff were warm and welcoming.
I stopped in on a whim and ordered from the "winter specials" menu (weekday lunches)- Vietnamese chicken salad and congee... Absolutely delicious, friendly, clean, cute, and generous... All for $9!! I will be back for sure.
Dip your soft shell crab into this succulent broth!! What a shot I was lucky courtesy of Khais Kitchen - such incredible asian seafood flavours. Growing up making these Banh Canh noodles myself with my family, this dish tasted like home!
Khai’s Kitchen is located in Noble Park along the busy streets. When we first arrived, the owner greeted us and was very welcoming. The menu is extensive with so many options to choose from. We ordered everything to share and everything was delicious. I had the Banh canh cua which came with a whole crab! Noodles were good and broth was thick and tasty (just as it should) the standout dish for me would be the Bo Luc Lac (diced beef) with red rice which was super tender and flavour was incredible. The fried salt & pepper calamari was amazing and the chicken salad was so good! I didn’t get to try the broken rice but my friend said it was good. They also have fresh coconut juice which is a bonus for me! Thanks so much for having us :) will definitely be back!
Have been here twice. Meals are tasty, portion sizes are good and the staff are friendly. They got one of our orders wrong, which wasn't a big problem as we ate it anyway. Prices are reasonable, it cost us around $75 for 4 adults and 3 kids, and we all walked away full. I have been to a few Pho restaurants in Springvale, and this one matches them, plus the parking is a lot better as you don't have to fight for parking or walk as far.
We came to Khais Kitchen and was blown away bu the modern interior and the quality of the food - the owner who is in his mid 20’s has done an amazing job with his new establishment
We tried the rice paper platter , the soft shell crab banh canh and the pork vermicelli noodles
The rice paper platter was huge and had a bit of everything if your like me and want to try a little of each thing . Each element was done really well, loved the springrolls especially
The soft shell crab with tapioca noodles was another fave , the soup was flavoursome and had a great Unami flavour . Loved that the crab came on the side so it was still crunchy!
The vermicelli noodles was also great , large portions and the fish sauce accompanying it was balanced nicely
Thanks for having us in!

Khai's Kitchen was a great experience! They have a fresh modern layout inside and quite an appealing menu, not to mention they serve amazing food as well! There staff was friendly when taking orders and there prices are quite reasonable. When in Noble Park be sure to check them out!
Though the shop is not crowded but that doesn't mean is no good. Our first visit and simply love all the food we ordered. Great portion and taste good. Will be back again.

Had the rare beef and beef balls pho for lunch. Broth was super flavourful and ingredients fresh and delicious. Great customer service. Can’t wait to come back for more!
Initial impression was a clean shop looking very modern. Seating and tables looked nice.
Menu was a one pager, back to front. Very simple menu which covered all the basics. Very fairly priced and the food was cheap.
Ordered the crab soup noodles, similar to pho in my opinion. The portion was decent and tomato based soup was nice. There was one crab meat ball type thing in it which had a strange after-taste in my opinion - probably not much crab but mixed with other meats.
I consider the service to be average. Nothing special but passable.
Love the food, tasted great. Staff were attentive and service was quick. The broken rice with pork chop is my favorite, along with the pho. Just a thing they are missing: the homemade chilli sauce! Every asian restaurant has this fresh homemade chilli sauce on their tables. Enhance the flavor of the dish. Just saying.
The service here is very good and even on a busy weekend the food comes out very fast. The meals themselves taste so homely and authentic (the desserts are really good too) especially the Viet coffee. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends. Absolute 5/5 😁💯
