Had the pulled pork burger and could say that I had it but wouldn't choose it again. Coffee was good.
Great service. Coffee was perfect. The food I ordered (egg bacon and mushrooms wrap) at first I thought it was to big, one bite then I thought is this enough??? Really really delicious n very satisfying. Guess i got a new favourite now... highly recommend. And I don't normally do reviews.
Always a great place for breakfast ( haven't had lunch there yet) to sit by the big windows looking out on Summer St. Usually take the kids in there Saturday morning before or after sport and never disappointed. I'm a big eater and always get the big mixed grill style plate and coffee while the kids are more adventurous. No need to book as even though they are always busy there are plenty of tables available.
I don't normally go on franchise places too much but I have to make an exception for the Coffee Club. The food and coffee are always consistently good and the wait times are never too long, even for food. The options for the kids are well thought out and the portion sizes are very reasonable. An added bonus is the rewards platform as it provides excellent opportunities for discounts.
Went in to have some lunch with a mate of mine, we were seen to immediately and we got our food relatively quickly. Our drinks were also made very quick, and were quite good. However, once I was given my food, (big brekkie) no more than 15 seconds later, a staff member had come up and asked me "Is your tomato on there?" And i was confused, it wasn't on there but it didn't bother me since I had forgotten to not ask for it. Once I said no, the staff member went to the kitchen and laughed about it, saying "He needs to learn to put them on there" so I guess if you want roasted tomatoes you shouldn't try this place...
Great hot chocolate drinks and cakes. Chocolate milkshake had hardly any chocolate taste.
Service was poor because we were served the items that were processed on site but the ready made cakes were forgotten until we had to remind the waitress.
Nice food & coffee. Quite noisy which didn’t help for our friend who wears hearing aids. Staff were nice & friendly. Tables are quite small, big enough for 2 or 3 but 4 serves of food would be a bit tight.
