I went there for the first time last week and had the Tom Yum rice it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this dish.

I had they're noodles- very nice and fresh made to order. Not too dry and not too sweet. Will have to come back to try a curry or pineapple rice

Tims Thai delivers way above expectations for such a non pretentious cafe.

Very good quality, tasty and authentic food freshly prepared at a bargain basement price.

What's not to like about that? It's a firm favourite of mine - highly recommended.

A delicious, affordable lunch spot. The food and service is quick. My seafood Phad Thai was delicious and for $12, 4 big prawns, 4 squid rings for that price is good value. I was expecting less. The servings are big! Looking forward to trying more stuff on the menu.

Tim's Thai actually covers a range of Asian cuisines and seems to be very popular - service is fast and prices are fair. It's at the end of the West Perth shopping strip on Hay Street. While It's not the best kway teo I've had it was tasty and good value for money. There is inside seating but and it's quite nice to sit at the outside tables under the plane trees.

I've been here a few times on my lunch break. They have a large selection of delicious Thai dishes, ranging from $10-20. Always super quick and friendly too! ✌🏼️😋

Ordered Tim's Thai for a mid week delivery.
We had
Chicken Red Curry
Beef Yellow Curry
Seafood Pad Thai
and asked for all dishes to be medium spicy.

All dishes were really nice and the servings were good. I would estimate the 3 dishes combined with rice would be around 5 portions.

My new favourite Thai takeaway.

My most favorite restaurant so far besides Pepper Lunch. All kind of fried rice are so delicious. Tom yam made from fresh ingredients which make it special.
