Will come back for:
+ Yuk Gae Jang (spicy beef soup)
+ Chicken Karake Kare (curry chicken rice)
Was in the area and decided to try out this new eatery for a bite to eat. All the dishes were well presented and generally quite tasty and generously portioned. I particularly liked the yuk gae jang which was spicy, delicious and great eaten with steamed rice. Also tried the chicken curry and that was moorish and the curry sauce silky, and well spiced. The unagi bento was good, but a little boney and could do with a bit more spice. Prices seemed reasonable for what you get and service was friendly and efficient. The space was modern, pleasant and bright. We would definitely come back again to try out the other offerings.
If you want AUTHENTIC KOREAN food this is it. Everything from the K pop in the background to the stainless steel tumblers reminds me of a humble cafe in Seoul. Such a find for Chapel street. The menu also has some super authentic dishes that are usually omitted from Korean restaurants outside Korea. Luke budae chigge (army stew). The soups and bentos are great and generous. Eating here makes me homesick for Seoul.
Super friendly and helpful for adjusting the menu for my daughter food was super quick and tasty thank you for a lovely lunch
