An oft frequented place when living semi local. After moving to the other side of town 12 months ago, thought I was overdue a visit and was instantly reminded of why I so miss this place. The kitchen still provides tremendous quality and value for money. Wonderful staff, prompt service and great value for money should ensure this place is a firm favourite of locals. And not so locals.

Fantastic birthday dinner!
Oh Darebin RSL. Not a single pub in Melbourne can match up to your sense of community. The staff members treat everyone like friends and family. I had a free birthday vegetable risotto and it was big, well cooked, super tasty. They also altered a meal to be vegetarian for my chaperone. The price of food & drinks too is exceptional for what you get. I'm glad to be a member of the Darebin RSL.
Been here twice in my 1st week in the area .
I first had the mixed grill which was excellent the staff were great except for 1 lady behind the bar in the restaurant. On my return trip I had the sorvalarki which was good also .
The Darebin RSL is well worthy of your hard earned with great food, and even better service. :)
Went for a lunch break at the joint, fantastic lunch menu fish&chips with a pot for $16.50! Surprisingly the size was quite large, had pot of Carlton dry on tap was nice cold and fresh! Very friendly staff will come back again!
Excellent venue, entertainment, food, staff and environment/ atmosphere. Not your typical RSL. This place rocks, rolls and jives. It comes alive on Fri and Sat nights with live entertainment and dancing. Great for people of all ages and food is amazing. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Undercover parking.

Visited for a family function last weekend. Food is typical RSL menu and good quality and quantity. Once the band fired up almost everyone hit the dance floor. Great place to go if you are wearing your dancing shoes.
Delicious meals and very good size luxe.
Great service and large portions. $18 steak night on Tuesday. Roast lamb had a bit much gravy. Pork belly very filling.
Nice venue with big open dining area and very friendly staff. Meals were very nicely cooked as requested and the venue has plenty of off street parking available.
