Friendly staff, good food, great playground for the kids, our pizzas were taking awhile staff apologized a few times and offered free drinks or other food while we waited.
I've been there numerous times over the years and never have had a bad meal or bad staff �

We chose Zagames because of the varied menu. A group of 15 of us which included 5 vegans and a vegetarian. It was a really nice change that the vegans and veg had a great menu to choose from. We had vouchers which were a little be confusing because you couldn't use them at the bar but had to take a 'tab' card and have it rung up at the food counter. The food was great, some meals were a little slow coming out -like the first ordered meals came out last. I have a feeling that they were forgotten about but when enquired about, they soon came out piping hot. Two of the vegan meals could have been hotter but overall, their vegan burger tasted fab, other vegan options were very nice and the meat/fish eaters all enjoyed their meals. The kids meals were reasonable as well. We will definitely go back again because it's rare to find somewhere , where such a large group all had good things to say. The kids loved the playground as well.
I love Zagmi's and the playground is really fun. The food and the kids there are fun and I can make friends. I ate the best chicken parma and chocolate mouse.
And I farted on Ash. I recommend Zagami's to all kids
Service is always good here, they are very family friendly and accommodating to requests when booking.
On Saturday nights they have a free face painter which is my daughters favourite part of the night.
Large kids playground with a built in movie theatre and games room.
Food is good wide variety to choose from I’ve had the Parma, marinara and pizza all have been good value for money, as well as tasty.
Kids meal can be upgraded for +4 which gives you a kids drink and kids icecream or jelly.
Definitely a family favourite and look forward to returning again for another stress free evening.
We came here on Friday for mums birthday. It's great for large bookings, the kids playground is always a hit with the little ones and the pay before you get served makes it so easy with a large group no need for the calculators out trying to split the bill. The food was surprisingly really nice.
The atmosphere isn't my favourite, always very busy and loud but it doesn't pretend to be something it's not, it's a family focused restaurant and caters well for that.

You wont see the kids all night and will have to drag them out to eat their dinner.

Really nice! I used to come here a lot with my family but we hadn't been in over a year, and I'm not sure what happened to this place in that time but they have improved so much!! It was good before anyway but they are so much better!! It was a Saturday that we went and it was super busy, but all our meals were bought our exactly the same time as each other's and everything was perfect! Two different waiting staff came to check in to see if everything was ok. My family always loves going there so I think we will be going there a lot more often!
I gave this place a 'like' vote only in comparison to other venues with playrooms in the area. The food is ok but pretty overpriced. Kids loved the play area. I experienced great service when I was there. Certainly not fine dining but much better than similar local venues.
I've always had a good experience here and always go back. Staff are friendly, food is nice and reasonably priced and best of all the playground!!! We Would go here more often if it was closer to home!! :)
Busy & fun for kids. Our daughter cried when we had to leave, because the play area is fantastic. All the kids seemed to be having a great time.
But more impressive was that when I wasn't happy with my meal, they replaced quickly with my second choice, which was delicious. It was all handled professionally and with a smile by the lady on the register. Good work.
Great atmosphere, haven't been here in years until recently but it's a really nice venue. As far as food, it wasn't the best and there are much better pubs in the area for a good feed, service was great but also took up to 60 minutes for a steak and chips.
It did seem like it was a little busy hence the 4 star review, will have to try it again sometime in the future.
Great meals, reasonably priced and great variety to choose from. Good sized play area for the kids with playground for all ages and a number of games.
