We just had to get more sushi on the weekend and this location suited our large group travelling from all over. It proved to be a little difficult eating off a train with this many people squashed into a booth and tacked onto the end as those sitting closest to the edge scrambled to fulfil requests from everyone who couldn’t reach but it was all worth it for that delicious taste.
It clearly proves popular with all, the takeaway station was going off (they even seemed to have uber eats) and everyone from the ages of 2 to 60 in our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves. My fave this time was the dual roll which had raw tuna and cream cheese inside and raw salmon and avocado on top. It tasted as vibrant as it looked
Miserable chefs. My local sushi train although after the first couple of visits they almost lost me after not making ordered food, happened twice. I find overall the chefs miserable looking and very slow with orders.
Thanks to the staff for going out of their way to prepare and offer eel nigiris to me even though it wasn't much on demand
I don't usually write reviews, but I am writing it because I am impressed by the male staff in the hall who is too kind. I am Korean and I am not good at English because I just came to Australia, but it was difficult to order, so I asked for help through a translator, and thank you so much for your kind response even though you were busy. thanks to him I had a enjoy meal. :)
Sushi Train has high franchise standards, so almost any location is good. That one is similar good: fresh sushi, convenient seating plan, good location etc.
Our all time favorites are: crab sushi, scallop.
They are the only ones I know who serve half of the udon (and other soups) - a big + for me as I do not like big plates.
They have a good selection of mains besides sushi - something that is not obvious. Try it, food is pretty good.
I love sushi so this place is amazing. The staff are also really nice. The sushi is always frush and I love watching them make it!
Absolutely love this place . It has become my regular go to eating place . Weather it's eat in or take out . My all time favourite is fried prawn sushi and wangu beef , the food has great flavours and they add different toppings on some of the dishes each time I went. which I love because it's a different flavor and taste each time . You can also order it fresh which takes about 5-15min . It can get busy at times depending on what time you go . During the day is quite but busy as it gets darker . Waited for about 3min for a seat , they do have seating for groups. Staff are happy to help .
