Cathy always takes care of us. It’s a great cozy place we like to go to for lunch. I highly recommend the salt & pepper deep fried squid, Peking duck wrap, spring rolls and deep fried salmon with chilli sauce.

I love Signature Thai. I take my family and friends there regularly and we are always so happy with our meals (price and quality)! They know my order before I even need to tell them and it’s always sooo good! And the lunch specials are unbeatable. I wasn’t in Sydney yesterday but felt like Thai and had to go somewhere else and was so disappointed. Honestly, nothing compares to Signature Thai!

we came to this restaurant today (Easter Sunday), they are very busy and making me want to try their foods. After try their food, we can say that why they are very busy. Absolutely stunning for the taste, the best in this town for some spicy and tasty. Staff very professional and friendly. Meals reasonably priced and good size even they do a public surcharge for 15%
but the price still very cheap and we respect that staff should have some extra money for working hard.

The food is good here but the service can be significantly improved. They messed up our order and blamed us for the mistake! When there is a decent Thai restaurant next door, I will not be going to this shop again when they are so rude to their customers and I advise other patrons to do the same.

I ordered chilli and Thai basil chicken on Easter Sunday from my usual Thai restaurant. They charged a 20% surcharge. Got it home and there was no chilli. No chilli. I rang them. They had no red chilli and said they were using green chilli. There was no green chilli. I found two pieces of green capsicum. After continued complaining they said If I brought it back and they could find no chilli, I could wait while they made me some more and finally they would give me a 10% discount on my next order. And no apology. Just doubted my word. I'd try 21 Thai next door next time. I know I will.

Good value lunchtime special. $10.90 for the basic chicken, beef, pork or vegetable version and $13.90 for seafood. A generous serve for the money.

Extremely bad service, ordered delivery and especially specified needed cutlery as well as adding it on the notes as on a job and no cutlery available. No cutlery was given. When called lady said don’t understand English and then said that they had no forks available. Would not be ordering again.

I'm not sure why this place doesn't really show up easily on Google maps, but highly recommend. Lovely food, not too oily which I find Thai food often becomes. I've always found the staff very pleasant, even when they're busy.
The Signature is our go-to Thai in Balmain, give it a go.
