First tried this restaurant two months ago on a friends recommendation. Was very impressed. The chef / owner Luca who introduced himself was very helpful with suggestions, also altered the sauce to my taste for a beautiful seafood pasta. Full of flavour, and he has passion for his kraft. Helped us with wine selections also. We returned last night, wanting to impress some friends, who are very fussy. (Luca welcomed us back, which was a nice start to the evening to be remembered from our previous visit)
They very impressed with the small (but sufficient) menu. As well as the daily specials. Service is good, an on going improvement to the wine list. Three of us had eye fillet steaks, all cooked to perfection. The pasta dishes excellent. A must to try for the seafood lovers, the Port Arlington mussels, in white wine, chilli & garlic, which I had for entrée. perfection. Want be leaving our next visit so long
We had heard of the place, with not such great review, however new owners had taken over, and it was suggested we try it, WOW
Fantastic food, its all about the quality, not quantity. Small menu, only one or two of each type or meal, IE: one steak (fantastic eye fillet, which was cooked to perfection), a couple of pasta dishes, and seafood. Then they daily specials. We had the Tuscan seafood medley, very nice fresh seafood. The owner is the chef, and very fussy about what he serves up. Wine menu to match, a mix of local, and Italian wines. We will be returning for sure
Walked past Moda on Sunday morning on the way for coffee and decided to try it that night. Appealing menu and great specials drew us in. We were not disappointed! Beautiful sophisticated yet casual dining space, incredible wines, delicious food and warming service. Personally thanked by Chef Luca at the end of the meal was the perfect touch to a lovely evening. We will be back and highly recommend!

Went to Moda today for lunch and what an amazing experience. Our lunch started with the wonderful, friendly and attentive service of our waiter Alex. Followed by a tasting of a few select wines to ensure we were happy with our choice and some of the best food we have tasted in Seddon. Looking for a place dine that offers exceptional fresh produce day and night with stand out service this is your place ! They also have great lunch specials the lamb salad is Devine and a bargain. Hidden gem in Seddon and if I could give it 6 stars I would. My husband had the fish of the day with mussels which was amazing, the duck entree is a must order and I've already mentioned the lamb salad ... Give it a try and it will become number 1 dining spot in Seddon.
