I found the place in uber eats with free delivery and it's good compared to other Thais in the zone specially after red basil change the cook and went downhill. I recommend the pineapple fried rice with any type of meat, portions are good and with enough protein. The Pad Thai is too sweet for my taste.
Really enjoyed our dinner here the other night. Dined as a group of 6 and we ordered vege spring rolls, the red chicken curry (delicious), massaman beef curry (very nice), Pad Thai noodles (good) & prawn stir fry with chilli (a little lacking in flavour but still nice). Portion sizes are not particularly generous but the quality of the food more than makes up for it (in my opinion). Dishes are a little on the pricier side, the restaurant has a nice ambience & great view of the river & city if you happen to get a table by the window, and the wait staff were attentive. Worth checking out.
Tried the branch on William Street @ Northbridge. Clean, spacious dining place. Good value for money, especially with the Entertainment Book voucher.
A few highlights:
😋😋Prawns with glass noodles- Super delicious flavours and the dish comes with a generous amount of prawns. Didn't get enough of this at dinner, so we ordered another one for takeaway.
😋 Tom Yum soup- Great balance of flavours in this hot & sour soup. Can be a bit spicy for those who can't take too much spice, but you might find yourself digging in for more even though you're sweating like mad.
😋 Deep fried whole fish / fillets with 3 flavour sauce- They use Barramundi fish if you order a whole fish and Basa fish if you order fillet. Sauce has a good combination of sweet & spicy, tangy & sour flavours.
😋Soft shell crab with apple salad
Curries and pad thai are pretty enjoyable too. Pineapple fried rice tasted great, but the rice was a little too wet and mushy.
Desserts are definitely not their forte, so will skip those next time we're back. Overall, great food, great service. Will be back soon.
After seeing the ratings on here, we decided to check this place out and give it a try. Average Thai food, nothing really spectacular. Only plus points were that they served us a large dish of fresh cut chillis when we requested
Random visit as it's on our entertainment book & we live only a few streets away from it, turned out to be a very enjoyable dinner night. Ambience was nice, you get the beautiful city night view from the window, the place itself is quite fancy, somehow feels very Thai & authentic. Ordered pad thai (this is a top notch) & stir-fry chicken, portions are generous. Had fried banana & vanilla ice cream for dessert which is a perfect end to the night. Friendly service as a bonus. We definitely will be back! 🤤👅
the food was great! love the fish and penang curry. the service was friendly too. would recommend this thai germ in south perth. and it's BYO too.
Really good pricing for a place that looks a bit fancy. All our dishes were tasty and fresh, and the service was friendly and efficient. The curry was our winner tonight and a booking scored us a lovely river and city view.
Highly rate this place as the service is just as good as the food. Soo many flavours in the food. Authentic is always a thumbs up. The Pad thai which i ordered was soo good, found it to be so much better than the other places. The servings are small, each dish could serve for 1 person.

First time here on a busy Friday night, there were three of us and first impressions, the lights were very bright. I assume its because they pack this restaurant so full its hard to manoeuvrer through and it also has a split level that could prove to be a tad dangerous. We started of with curry puffs $10 for 4 and they were Devine. The spring rolls $8 for 4 were also tasty and light and the satay chicken skewers $10 for 4 did not disappoint. Good start. For main we had 3 dishes. Green Beef curry, was Ok $16.00, Beef Massaman Curry $16.00 was a little rich. The best main was the Chicken Cashew Nut stir-fry $17.00 was so full of flavour and was a complete winner of a dish.I would return to this restaurant but maybe try and avoid peak times as it can get very noisy,
Have eaten here many a time. It's pretty standard sort of Australianised Thai. Comes out quick and the staff are friendly. My only qualm is it's pretty exxy.
Fantastic restaurant offering a huge variety of traditional Thai food.
Lots of meals to choose from including vegetarian options. My favourite dishes are the tofu todo and prawn pad thai.
We always dine in but take away is an option. My friend enjoyed the Vermicelli beef noodles. Will try the green curry next time.
Lovely ambience and close location to the South Perth foreshore. Very friendly service always. The staff are professional and prompt.
An absolutely stunning restaurant with amazing dishes of authentic thai food. Their curry puffs are amazing too. Super friendly staff is also a good bonus. Highly recommend it.
We went out for a dinner night with my children and hubby. The waiters are smiley and welcomed us. We ordered our food and food was nice. The potatoes in the curry wasn't cooked enough so we informed the staff members. They offered to make the new one straightaway. They were so kind. Good service. Good food. I would definitely go there again one day.

As soon as I walked in, I thought ,wow! Everything from the tablecloths to the lights, looked fancy and you could tell that they put so much care into every little detail. I loved the food very much and totally recommend this restaurant. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the waitstaff very attentive. We particularly enjoyed the crispy Tofu and the Red curry.
I had a wonderful meal at the Thai Orchid on my Birthday. The food was excellent and the service was great. I was delighted to hear that the owner Sony and her husband Kasun made a special trip into the restaurant just to wish me happy birthday. It made me feel like a VIP. Thank you Sony for a memorable birthday experience. I cannot wait to bring my family back for another dinning experience very soon. I highly recommend.
Love the ambience of this restaurant. From the Thai tablecloths to the set up of the plates and cutlery it feels like a proper Thai experience.
Then the food comes out. Still as good as how I remembered this place to be. The food came out fast and came out mostly together. Think their stand out dish was their Pad thai 👍🏽Good Food, good ambience and BYO. What more could you ask for!!
Great food and service, and a lovely atmosphere. Had a wonderful meal the first time and even better when we returned with friends. Does the standards very well but has a range of really unique dishes too. BYO so not too expensive. Highly recommended.
