Came here for takeaway but this place makes amazing lobster noodles. The sauce is so rich and flavoured and compliments the lobster.
The chicken spare ribs and flounder are delicious - crispy batter and mixed in with a mix of onions, capsicum, dried onions.

Such great value. Ample parking. Great variety and very generous portions. Very fast service from a friendly and efficient crew. Lots of seats and space so it’s a good place for group bookings. What more can you ask for? A great place to have delicious Vietnamese food at affordable prices that’s near to Springvale without the crazy parking dilemmas and dramas. Note though that they don’t do split bill but they do accept credit card payments.
This little restaurant is one of my favourite places to eat and it never disappoints. It’s in Springvale south so you don’t have to deal with the crazy parking in the rest of springy.
Food is cheap and tasty, with large portions and the service is super quick, what more can you ask for?
The crab noodles are the best I’ve had and loaded with sauce! It’s so nice to know that you can order anything off the menu knowing it’ll be delicious, without breaking the bank.
Ahhhh I need to come to Springvale more often. I am missing out I can't believe I haven't been to this hidden gem before away from the nightmare of the parking in Springvale. Came here for lunch with a group of friends and we ordered so much for a fraction of the price, food was soo authentically good and so so cheap.

Great food and customer service! This place has a very traditional Asian homely feel, which creates a great environment. The food is delicious and drinks as well!
We had the spring rolls, spicy chicken ribs and xo pipis. The spring rolls were fresh and crispy. The chicken ribs and pipis were also very delicious and filling as the portion sizes were big. The service was also prompt and good. Definitely recommended!
Decent Vietnamese food. I often come for the bun bo hue or the crispy fried noodles that I quite enjoy. Sometimes the broth of the bun bo hue is on the oily side.

Fairly quick and they will diligently bring you whatever you need when asked. The owners are nice when you frequent the place or make conversation first.
Have always managed to get a table quickly here makes for a more pleasant (less HANGRY) experience.

I would recommend the basic dishes like the vermicelli salads, rice dishes, stir fried noodles dishes etc, rather than the elaborate mud crab noodles or the like. Go to Springvale or Sharkfin for that!
My go-to here is usually crispy egg noodles with beef and chinese broccoli, the stir fry beef vermicelli salad or the seafood fried rice noodles on occasion.
Ask for chilli oil and you're set to go!

Spacious enough and clean. Plenty of natural light makes for a less drab meal. One thing I always find confronting, particularly in Vietnamese restaurants, is the strip of tile mirrors lining each wall. Is it to check if there is coriander on your teeth??? Functional I suppose!

Great little spot for authentic Vietnamese food, the staff are really friendly, food was very tasty and well priced. We ordered pipis with Chinese donuts, XO oysters, salted fish fried rice and quail. Their service was quick and attentive. I’d like to come back to try their hotpot which I hear is a must try from other patrons.
Banh Xeo batter is paper-thin crispy and I love how the middle part has a slight nice chew!
As you can see, banh xeo typically has prawn and pork however this place serves up banh xeo with pork, juicy king prawns and squid, along with onions and beanspouts.
Service is always friendly and accommodating !
I loved the food there, very nice employees and service was fast in my opinion. I'll definitely be back again to try more of the dishes and get more coffee.

Good place for traditional Viet and Guangdong food. Plenty of choices and priced well.
Decent Vietnamese without having to fight for a carpark in Springvale Central. They also have a good range of seafood dishes.
Easy to park, and conveniently had an Aldi out front. Food was good, I think their menu had a good range without being one of those places that somehow has 300 options on the menu. Do less and do them well. Cheap lunch/dinner, soup was a little bland or watered down, spring rolls were great.
I opted chicken instead of beef for the dried fried rice noodle. It has the breath of the wok.
