Came in for lunch today - damn good burger
Slightly pricey - and table service would have been excellent ( price wouldn’t have been so bad then)
But food was amazing and staff were friendly
Would rate higher if possible. One of the best burgers I've ever had, and I'm a bit of a burger snob. �
Went in with the family and the look of the place is awesome. Found the service rude the day we popped in which left me a bit frustrated, but anyway we not the burgers. Got a Betty’s double, crispy chicken and a basic for my daughter. Burgers and chips were really nice and juicy loved it. If service was better would have been 5 stars for sure
Had a hamburger there. Tasted great, chips were good and onion rings done well.

💬 Review: to be honest, Melbourne’s Betty’s Burger is quite similar to the one we had at Queensland, which speaks volumes about quality control for this franchise. The shroom burger is something I never miss whenever I visit a franchise - the mix of Gouda cheese with mushroom is just a heavenly combo! My partner tried the pork belly burger because we haven’t seen it in Melbourne’s menu. He said it was okay but still prefers the chicken because there was more crunch. Fries were ok - I didn’t have much (gobbled away by the burger monster next to me). Their beer battered onion rings were much better! Very friendly service here too.

Definitely a different experience - restaurant style but you go pay for your food first.
Either way, I enjoyed being able to watch the kitchen from our table view and the bustling streets. A fun atmosphere!

Read a lot about this burger joint and I'm here to tell you it's the real deal. I had the Betty's classic with bacon and pickles with a side of onion rings. The burger was just perfect with a really tasty Pattie and fresh as fresh salad. Onion rings were crispy and very tasty. Service was wonderful and all the team greeted me and said thanks for dining with them. Well done guys, can't wait to come back.

Came here for dinner while on holiday due to the strong reviews online. We came on a Friday night when then was a big fireworks display on the beach, so as to be expected, it was very busy.
But we managed to get a seat with only a short wait. Our waitress was really busy but friendly and helpful.
I got a chicken and bacon deluxe. It was fantastic. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had.
My wife got the bun-less burger. It was good too, although it's hard for me to really appreciate a burger without a bun. But a good option for those looking for low carb, gluten free, etc.
The kids had the kids burger and I had a taste of them too. They were pretty standard kids burgers. The size was about right.
We had chips on the side which were very tasty. I love rosemary on chips so these were right up my alley.
We finished with a couple of custom concretes (ice creams). The kids chose the flavours and I love how we have the choice to do so. They were very tasty too.
Overall, the setting was nice. The tables were clean. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.
I would highly recommend it and if I go back to the Gold Coast I'd definitely go back.
First time trying Betty's burgers in Gold Coast. Our first meal here. Delicious, fresh and value for money! Lovely ambience and definitely must visit again! Great service by all the Betty's staff including the cashier today who was patient and also Vanessa. Keep up the good work!

We ordered crispy chicken burger, fries and onion rings. Food was delicious! I love the soft bun, the burger ingredients tasted fresh and special sauce very tasty. Can’t wait to try some different burgers!
