The most friendly, well presented and genuinely nice staff. The food is the best sushi I have ever had and I have been countless time at all different times of the day / night and the quality never changes. Highly recommend!!

Staying in the Q1 this sushi train is recommended in the brochure and after popping down for a snack I could see why. The chef has been doing this for years and this has to be some of the best sushi I have eaten. I have been back twice now and plan to return again before heading back to NZ

Osaka Kaitangata offers a huge variety of sushi on the train and also other Japanese dishes ala carte style. We ordered a bunch of salmon and tuna sushi which was fresh and mouth watering. We also tried all the typical sushi’s such as chicken and avocado, tuna and avocado and prawn which were all delicious.
Perfect! Fresh and good portion sizes on our sashimi bowls! Check this place out if you’re in the area or visiting Q1. Spacious dining area with really nice service. Can’t fault these guys on anything 👌
Brilliant place for vegetarian sushi options. The staff is polite and can customise the dish as per your requirements. Truly a blessing in disguise for vegetarians..!!

Absolutely unreal sushi joint. 5 min walk from Cavill Ave, super reasonable price, amazing service....have i found he best sushi shop in Surfers, perhaps all of Queensland?

Our favourite was the “flame chicken” but honestly it’s all good. Their aburi salmon is also supreme.
Go here, the “sushi train” chain that’s all over the coast is ok...but it’s a chain, give this place a shot, they have a great range of interesting sushi, fast and happy service and sushi isn’t overpriced. You’d be so glad you did.

Friendly staff, good quality sushi, great variety however prices are a touch exorbitant.
I am a local and have eaten at Osaka for years. We just love it. The atmosphere, service, cleanliness and of course the food!!! I particularly love the Crab balls and the eel as well as the platters.
We had quite an enjoyable experience here, we were visiting from interstate and love to try new sushi trains/restaurants.
Sushi was of decent quality and were satisfied afterwards. 🍣
Really fresh!!! Love it !!! It is much better than what we expected. Reasonable price (cheaper than sushi train in Melbourne) . Fresh oyster!!!!
