Went here tonight with my partner and had late dinner. Staffs were really hospitable. Food was really good. Will definitely come back here! If you're looking for an affordable, quick and good japanese food, you might want to try this 👍👍

This place is on point! The restaurant is cosy and friendly. Awesome, welcoming staff - Lani was excellent. Food is seriously delish and the Karaoke caters for all ages. Our family had a great time here celebrating a family member's birthday. We'll be back! A+++

We love this place because of karaoke. Karaoke is amazing here and they have lot of songs to choose, huge amount of retro songs and huge amount of Japanese songs. And the place has a good Karaoke atmosphere.

We have been regular lunch diners at G-Clef for last 14 years. We love eating here. The staff are always friendly to us and the food is the best Japanese lunch you can get on the Coast - and we should know, we try them all. They also have a very good loyalty card system for regulars. The Karaoke is also very reasonably priced. This is an iconic Surfers Paradise business.

Excellent karaoke room with a wide selection of songs. The room was spotless, by far the cleanest karaoke establishment I'd ever been to. Sound system was quieter than normal but meant we didn't get any feedback nor hearing damage :) The food was surprisingly good and had decent portions at a good price. Happy hour was $10/person for 2 hours + one food or drink order per person. We had a really good time, and hope to return again.

I give 5* as the fun is what you make it. The drinks are cheap and I liked the food. You can sing your heart out with your mates and be care free. Decor could do with an update but as I said, it is what you make it.
