Gilley's Surfers Paradise is an amazing place for excellent food, fantastic cocktails and staff that are just the best and so friendly and awesome music. A must bar to visit in surfers. You wont be sorry
My hubby and i visited Gilleys bar last night for a few drinks. I must say we enjoyed ourselves so much that a couple of drinks ended up being over 4 hrs. The service was great, staff were friendly and the live music was great. Loved my strawberry dacquris. Love the atmosphere. We will definately visit again. Highly recommend a visit.
No photos required for this review, as the heart and soul of this place lies in the fantastic staff here. Full of energy and enthusiasm. Laughter and stimulating music. Gilley's is by far my best experience in my weeks visit to the Surfers Paradise.

Enjoyed dinner with my wife, children and parents a week ago. One of the best chicken schnitzels I've had in years. We all received huge meals with salads as good as the chicken. Nice decor and no long wait for food. Bread for entree was amazing. :)
My friend and I (from Victoria) had dinner here several times during our stay in Surfers Paradise. The staff (particularly Julian, James and Andrew and others whose names have left me) were so friendly, warm, helpful - couldn't have made us feel more special - were attentive, had a laugh etc etc. The food was lovely - I highly recommend the salmon and salad dish (which was not a basic "lettuce and tomato" salad - great flavours and served attractively). Their menu changes, so was not on menu every night but when we specifically asked for it one night, they went to the trouble to give us what we wanted. Great watching the world go by while sitting on the outside tables. Thanks guys - you were lovely.
If your looking for a nice place to eat I cant say how pleased I was with this place.. waitress was lovely, service was quick, food was way more than I thought.. ordered a couple starters between myself and my wife and had to call it quite because we were so full.. the arancini was great, the wings were delicious and the onion rings were perfect.. can only offer i piece of advice, please change the salt and pepper calamari. It had no flavor! Seemed like it was breaded without any seasoning.. or even salt?? I hope it was just a mistake because everything else was perfect. Thanks guys!
