Very cool decor and lighting, simple menu but dumplings are excellent, some of the best in Sydney I would say! But it's really all about the cocktails - defo recommend for an after work drink.
Food, cocktails, service and atmosphere sensational! Highly recommend. Looks like a scene from kill bill, tastes like dumpling heaven � plays �to prompt the whole place singing � karaoke across the room together �� thanks uncle Ming's!
Came for friend’s birthday party. Very unique and cool vibes it’s definitely great place for casual occasion to special occasion for drink!
We ordered some dumplings there were so delicious! All cocktails were magnificent especially Shanghai Roller was amazing include fire performance :) Highly recommended!
Wait to be seated. 2 hours sitting time unless ur a good paying customer. Asian Beers from $10. Dumplings & prawn tempura were nice. Nice laid back city bar. Nice staff. Good security guy.

One of my favourite bars in the city! Such good food and good vibes here! Cocktails are great (definitely recommend the teapots) and of course try the dumplings!
I tried the prawn dumplings and while it took some time to arrive they were so delicious. I especially loved the sauces which elevated the taste of the dumplings. The drinks were really nice as well but a little bit pricey in terms of quantity, but the atmosphere was really unique and nice and the staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning here!
Came here for lunch and drinks. Good selection of dumplings and nibbles. The cocktails are tasty. Fresh as a daisy is my favourite. They’ve got strange sauces for the dumplings. I love the decor of the place. They also play mandarin lessons in the bathroom so you might learn a new word or two in the bathroom when doing your business.
Small bar with a cool Chinese red district vibe. We had a good time, with very nice cocktails and ok dumplings. Friendly staff.
It’s getting busy quite fast so i’d recommend to go early.

The only seats I’ve sat at here were at the bar; I once opined about it being the venue for my first (and last) ever Tinder date in Sydney; an evening that began with a bang, but didn’t end with one. Enough said.
Boasting Chuck, Jean & Bruce on the fridge doors this Eastern-inspired dumpling denizen is a delight in a city full of pretentious hair-bun hipster small bars. Where they steer towards fluff and nonce, Ming’s veers towards finesse and nuance.
I’d steer away from the pre-envisioned cocktails and go for something made off-menu, or just sip on one of the amazing taiwanese or japanese whiskies, and enjoy the blazing red ambience.
