We ordered some dumplings there were so delicious! All cocktails were magnificent especially Shanghai Roller was amazing include fire performance :) Highly recommended!

Wait to be seated. 2 hours sitting time unless ur a good paying customer. Asian Beers from $10. Dumplings & prawn tempura were nice. Nice laid back city bar. Nice staff. Good security guy.

I tried the prawn dumplings and while it took some time to arrive they were so delicious. I especially loved the sauces which elevated the taste of the dumplings. The drinks were really nice as well but a little bit pricey in terms of quantity, but the atmosphere was really unique and nice and the staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning here!

Came here for lunch and drinks. Good selection of dumplings and nibbles. The cocktails are tasty. Fresh as a daisy is my favourite. They’ve got strange sauces for the dumplings. I love the decor of the place. They also play mandarin lessons in the bathroom so you might learn a new word or two in the bathroom when doing your business.

Small bar with a cool Chinese red district vibe. We had a good time, with very nice cocktails and ok dumplings. Friendly staff.

The only seats I’ve sat at here were at the bar; I once opined about it being the venue for my first (and last) ever Tinder date in Sydney; an evening that began with a bang, but didn’t end with one. Enough said.
Boasting Chuck, Jean & Bruce on the fridge doors this Eastern-inspired dumpling denizen is a delight in a city full of pretentious hair-bun hipster small bars. Where they steer towards fluff and nonce, Ming’s veers towards finesse and nuance.
I’d steer away from the pre-envisioned cocktails and go for something made off-menu, or just sip on one of the amazing taiwanese or japanese whiskies, and enjoy the blazing red ambience.

Very cool decor and lighting, simple menu but dumplings are excellent, some of the best in Sydney I would say! But it's really all about the cocktails - defo recommend for an after work drink.

I held my fiancee's 30th bday there over the long weekend. It went amazingly well just as planned even above on the night.Thanks heaps for Sharon's speedy communication , help with initial planning ,and Maddie & bar staffs' fantastic service on the night. Three years ago, I attended a freind's 30th there, which went extremely well and three years later, the quality of the place has gone even better. All our guests and bday boy were very impressed with their cosy and vintage ambiance featured 1960 Shanghai as well as extensive Whisky list:)
PS. Performance of making Shanghai roller (cocktail) was second to none:)Highly recommended.

Great bar/Dumpling house, real vibey and great chill spot. I sat at the bar and was treated to a chat with one of the nice waitresses who recommend the 'Uncle Old Fashioned' which was a splendid, I also had a kuruta kicker a nice fruity short cocktail. The Dumplings were good I had the vegetables wontons nice, moist, tasty and the Mings Wings which were good but kinda tasted burnt. Overall exceptional service amazing cocktails and alright food.

Cool bar,but food 🥘 took 1 hour! Was way to long to wait for dumplings. Then waitress forgot our drinks. We will give it another chance as it's a cool 😎 bar.

Ultra-funky chinese (-ish) decor, dim lights, beautiful furnishings. Had delish dumplings and steamed buns, paired with "The Great Uncle Ming's" bespoke beers. It doesn't get much weirder than this. Just too much fun!

I love this place.... Even don't want to share how great they are in case it gets too popular and I lose my spot. The service is fast, friendly and they often remember my favourite choices. Food is fresh, hot and though small menu it is all fabulous!!

Was at a table but it wasn't totally clear that there was table service and bar service - standing at the bar for service (in between those who were already seated there) was a challenge so would have appreciated knowing we could sit and be served instead.
Good vibe though and yummy food (waitress' suggestions were perfect!)
