The food was absolutely amazing! We had almond croissant, scone with cream and jam, sandwich, apple tart. Cappuccino and soy latte for drink. Cannot miss the freshly baked canele! I will definitely go back to have more!
A client brought these as a treat for me and husband. Wow, were they ever good. Passionfruit lemon tart and a sort of cake donut perhaps of polenta flour, it was light and crisp, and covered in a sugary glaze with fennel seeds.
Loved how it was a tiny secluded space around the city! So happy to find a delicious oat latte (its not easy to find places that provide oat milk around Sydney). Their pastry and sandwich was decent. I enjoyed my Peanut Butter and Black Sesame cake!! Would def come back to try their carrot cake.
The best lamington! Their pannacotta lamington is devine even for someone who don’t usually love it. Everything in this small bakery looks amazing. There’s limited seats/tables but they have a good system where you place your order first and they’ll bring out your food when your table is ready.
Just go for the croissant. Best that I've had in Sydney so far. Crunchy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside.
Tiny little local bakery, always bustling with people! Simply wanted to try each and every bakery delight but couldn't only stomach 2. Generous large scones with chunky date and homemade apricot jam - such a treat! Avo on sourdough was fresh and well seasoned. Even the crockery their coffee and cake was served on was so on point. Definitely coming back to try their other treats!
The pastries here were lovely and buttery, with a good range of great delicious options. Service was real nice, and everything we got tasted pretty decadent.
Tiny and bustling. This cafe has friendly service and lovely baked goods. This little bakery has all the best goodies and from what I’ve had I will definitely be back to try EVERYTHING else! The gingernut biscuits are really good, a nice amount of ginger taste with the sweetness of chocolate that cuts through the ginger spice. The raspberry and rose cake was also moist and fragrant. If these are flavour you like I definitely recommend !
No matter how many times I come to Sydney! I always make time to visit Flour and Stone because I am completely obsessed with the panna cotta lamington and honestly think they are the best bakeries! Everything is so fresh and tasty, it’s like grandma baked it but better!
Cute place with great stuff! Moisturised cakes, beautiful coffees, and lovely service! Will be back for sure. They got a small bench outside so good for bringing dogs for a quick afternoon tea.
Came here to try some of the patisserie and were not disappointed. It’s a small store from the street but can be easily spotted thanks to a queue in front.
The pana cotta lamingtons were fluffy, delicate and full of flavour. The salted caramel tart was a big hit too. Definitely worth the wait.
There’s a couple of tables and chairs further up the street to sit down and enjoy the treats.
Have bookmarked to return when in Sydney.
My wife and I devoured the blueberry-filled lamingtons. Light, soft and with the right sweetness. So bloody good!
The staff were really friendly and crack the funniest jokes too!
Long wait for take away but the food was delicious. The coffee is not great, probably won’t order it next time. Although the lamington is the most expensive I’ve ever tried, it’s the most moist and we always order it when we come here. The centre is filled with jam and it’s so worth the trip. The ham and cheese sandwich is hella great as well, I think they use Gruyère! Also the brûlée tart reminds me of the one by Bourke Street Bakery, it’s so delicious! We come here once a year!
Finish my day in the city with a nice cup of Decaf soy latte with a Vanilla Slice.
Light flaky layers of puff pastry with brown sugar pastry cream and the freshest of raspberries. Is not overly sweet. It gives a nice balance taste, I enjoyed it very much.
Missed out on the croissant again. Maybe next time.
One of the best pastry shop in Sydney. Lamingtons are exceptionally tasty. I’ve been here for a couple of times and they always offer quality pastries. Highly recommended.
Remains the best bakery in Sydney. Tried their hot cross bun and baklava Kouign-amann this time, amazing as always and never disappoints. Service is friendly too, greeting everyone with a smile.
Gorgeous, scrumptious pastries; we tried the Rhubarb and Ginger Crème Brûlée- super luscious, gingery, crispy and yum- and also the Madeleine- sharp, sweet & orange-y.
We need to return to try one of their famous Canelés (baked custard) which had sold out by 11:30am! Clearly v popular.
Keep up the great work guys 👍🏻👍🏻
