Outstanding food, pretty certain it's the best vegan food I've had to date! You really don't feel like you're missing out by not having meat / dairy on the plate. Each dish has been really thought through in terms of taste and nutritional value. Lam the owner is a wonderful guy and the service is amazing. To top it off it's BYO. Absolute winner, i'll be back more than once for sure.
Despite our pho was served a bit cold, food is nice. Fresh ingredients and amazing flavour. Will definitely visit again. The place is small. Booking in advanced is recommended.
The best vegan restaurant I have been to in Sydney, The food is amazing with a great range of choice all of which are great. The owner was really friendly and came out and had a nice informal chat with us about different types of foods to embrace when going vegan and trying to eat less processed foods. The venue decor is quirky. BYO
Such a great, friendly, fully vegan restaurant. We ordered a bunch of dishes and tried a variety of foods such as dumplings, rice paper rolls and tofu. The portions were fairly small for the price but super delicious.
Nourishing Quarter is an absolute hidden gem! This plant based restaurant has created a menu inspired by the flavours of Vietnam with a modern Western twist that is a delight to the palette! The banquet menu will fill you up but leaving you wanting to come back for more.
Course 1: Sweet Angel Wraps (4/5): The texture of the rice paper roll is much softer than your average roll but in a good way, combined with the sweet kumara noodles it almost melts in the mouth. Dip it in the sauce and it's a match made in heaven.
Course 2: Sacred Khot (5/5): My favourite dish of the night! Crispy khot tarts that are soft in the centre and topped with creamy mung bean with coconut undertones paired so beautifully with the sweet and salty "fish sauce"
Course 3: Pretty Dumplings (3/5): These were enjoyable but not the best dumplings I've had. The dumpling sauce was lovely but I enjoyed the other dishes much more.
Course 4: Ancient Pearls (3.5/5): Like a vegan "San choy bow" made with a medley of quinoa, bean curd, mushrooms and sprouts. I did love the crispy bits of tofu found in the mix but overall it wasn't the highlight of the night.
Course 5: Amaranth and Quinoa Noodles (4/5): YUM! I loved this dish! The noodles are mixed in a beautiful light and flavoursome sauce and the crispy tofu strips were full of flavour and crunch that adds a wonderful texture to the dish.
Dessert: Chocolate Cake (4/5): The slice we had was still very icy, I could tell it would have better texture when it was a bit melted but the flavour was there. The chocolate layer on top was dark and rich, the centre was coconuty and light, the bottom layer was sweet from dates and crunchy from almonds. Overall it was lovely!
Will be back for more for sure :)
This place was seriously amazing! The food was delicious... like a must try. I don't write to many reviews but I had to. Every dish just delicious... experience amazing so passionate about the plant based nutrition food. 10/10
This was my first (but definitely not my last) vegan dining experience. I ordered the dumplings and the quinoa noodle salad and was surprised by how delicious and filling the meal was. The meal was a little pricey for Viet food but its worth every dollar.
Delicious vegan food, loved every bite (we are not vegetarian or vegan). Recommend coming here with a friend or two so you can order a lot and share because all the dishes are worth trying.
Was a bit of a skeptic at first as I don't eat vegetarian out but the food was amazing. I've never had such tasty and well cooked tofu. Meals were very fragrant and light but filling. Atmosphere was cute and cosy and the service was great. Owner took time to explain menu items and specific ingredients.
Amazing food! Amazing taste! Beautiful presentation. We shared two entries (Dumplings &
Sacred Knot) and one main (Amaranth & Quimoa Noodles Salad). The flavours were light, delicate and refreshing.
The team were very friendly and helpful. The decor somewhat unusual with an old-world, casual vintage Royal Britannia theme.
I highly recommend this place. Nourishing Quarter proved to me that eating a vegetarian meal can be very enjoyable for a guy who also appreciates a good burger.
Best vegan restaurant in Sydney. Loved everything we had on the menu. Even my daughter enjoyed it. Great call for money too!
I can't praise these guys enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to educate you about the food and the love that's been invested in creating it. While not being vegan myself, my carnivorous friends have also been turned. Lastly, l also love the delightfully kitsch setting which makes for a fun night out.
I love this place! The food is beautifully tasty and healthy, well presented and well thought out. The menu is excitingly poetic and adds another level to enjoy the nourishing meal you are about to experience! The atmosphere is wonderful, and is enhanced by the outstanding customer service. Highly reccomend to all!
Delicious. I enjoyed all the meals. Nice flavours, a variety of textures, and friendly service. Thankyou.
Love this place. Great vegan and vegetarian food. Beautiful fusion food - Asian - European and Indian - and quirky decor. Great service. It's small restaurant so booking is highly recommended. They also have two sittings which is a bit of bore as you either have to eat early or late. Sittings are at 18:00 and 20:30. But as it's a small restaurant it's understandable that they want to do that to be profitable. I highly recommend this place for healthy and yet very fresh and tasty food.

This was my first visit - I'd never been there before and my friend suggested it. We had two types of Vietnamese spring rolls, the little tarts and the noodle salad with tofu. Everything was delicious but I think my favourite was the noodle salad with the tofu. Everything was really fresh and tasted amazing - the ingredients were fresh and well balanced. I'd love to go back and try more dishes but one thing is probably the price - it's not cheap. $26 for a main dish which isn't huge is a bit much as is $10.50 for two spring rolls. if you're used to your moderately priced Thai/Asian restaurants this will be a bit of a letdown. However, the food is well worth it. The restaurant is pretty small and the tables are close together. We were unfortunately placed between two very loud tables and I had to ask my friend to repeat what she'd said on multiple occasions as I simply couldn't hear a word with the two girls on either side of us. Service wasn't the most attentive I've experienced but very friendly. I think we were lucky to get a table as most people seem to book due to the limited space there.
