I got the grilled pork bone ramen and added spicy sauce. Soup was super yummy and flavoursome. However, the noodles were slightly overcooked/soggy. I prefer it a bit more al dente. Service was average.

🍜All this rainy weather got me craving a warm bowl of ramen 😍. Yasaka Ramen is one of my favourite ramen places as their broth is packed full of flavour and the meat is so tender! If you prefer a medium broth, you should check them out! I also added in some grilled chashu (pork) meat (recommended).

Came in on the last day of our trip. Ramen broths were really strong and chashu was the best I've ever had at any Auckland/Sydney ramen store. Mini curry don was also delicious and super worth ($3.5) only with every ramen purchase. The tofu salad was huge but there wasn't much dressing flavour to salad. Gyoza was a good side dish to end the meal.

Been here a number of times and always enjoyed my meal, though I haven't been for a while. The broth is slightly oily but it's full of flavour and the meat is always tender. The corn in the rib ramen adds good sweetness and is reminiscent of the Sapporo style. A touch on the expensive side but this isn't surprising given their location. Gyoza and takoyaki are also pretty good.

Ramen is quite good here. Pork broth is really think and flavourful. We ordered shoyu based maya lamen. Fried chicken is quite tender and juicy. Overall environment is nice. Staff is quite friendly. Only one thing need to improve is the floor. It’s quite oily and slippy. It won’t cost much to do the cleaning and Create a better environment for customers.

One of the best ramen places in the CBD area. Amazing broth (choice of shio, shoyu and miso), good portioning of chasu. Noodles were the only let down. Floors are very slippery but service is fast and friendly.

Fork 'n' Spoon

Loved this small Ramen restaurant just a short walk from Museum Station.
Just note it is cash only.

There is seating upstairs if you walk in and feel the place is full, but I must admit sitting downstairs overlooking the open kitchen watching the chefs preparing the Ramen is so entertaining.

It did take a little while to flag down a waiter to place our order, which I take as normal in a Japanese restaurant. But once we ordered the food came out in a reasonable time considering it was in the height of the lunch trade.

I can't remember what we ordered as its was about 2 weeks ago now, but I do remember it was super tasty and the portions were huge.
The Kaarage chicken was soooo good too.
Definitely will come back.

My favourite ramen place in Sydney. I love how hearty the Grilled Kakuni Ramen with shoyu broth is. Mmmmm..

I took off a star because the restaurant is currently a total hazard. The floor is covered in grease and seriously needs to be cleaned. Every time I go there I slip several times and have to take extra care not to slip on the stairs.

This massive bowl of noodle can definitely feed three at least!! There were so much meat they had to put the rib on another plate. Good for those who loves meat. Soup tastes alright.

I ordered level 1(spicy ) vegetable Ramen. It’s way too spicy for a 🌶 chilli lover myself. The pork broth tasted pretty good. Nice chewy noodle! 😋 I think the plastic spoon is a major let down for the dinning in. Ordered ice green tea but no ice was served. Service staffs were prompt! Cost : estimate $20 per bowl

Ramen was delicious!! Not too salty and not too thick. This place is always busy! The online menu didn't let me choose the noodle thickness. The atmosphere on ground floor felt so much like Japan

All photos from seperate visits. Extremely delicious and not too pricey. The meat melts in your mouth and they follow instructions carefully. There's always a lot of oil in the soup it becomes hard to drink, but I believe that is from the delicious meats. Their opening hours are also very hard to determine without asking them directly as Google is incorrect.

The place has great vibe! Have been many times but they never disappoint. We got special yasaka ramen, gyoza, lotus root and fried octopus. All serving size are great. You might have to wait a little as they have pick up orders in between but staffs are super nice and friendly you’d not mind at all!!

Mmmm this pace is great! Nice and easy ordering from their QR code and you know it's going to come out fresh and hot because the cooks do the prep right there in front of you (if you're sitting at the noodle Bar on the ground floor). It's only a tiny space but the service is excellent and the food is tasty. I got the pork katsu ramen with miso and it came out steaming hot. There's a good serving of noodles, mushroom, corn and plenty of meat. I couldn't finish the soup but it was nice to drink with the leftover corn pieces giving a little bit of sweetness. Definitely drop in here for a warming ramen!

I always wanted to eat in there but it is so busy. We managed to eat at the kitchen. Food was delicious. Noodles are made in there. Staff is very friendly and kind. Booking is very recommended
