Checked into the Mercure hotel and found this hidden gem bar in there, Beautiful place with great vibe and service, Small details stood out like music in the bar, Manager spending little time talking with everyone, Candles, topping up the drinks, Sure had great night.
Excellent service! Generous portions and tasty foods. Salad could have done with something salty like olives or cheese, but was still nice. Wanted a big carby meal and Eve’s didn’t disappoint. Recommend if after a quick feed near Central.

Mercure Sydney's ground floor "Eve's Bar" has had a make-over. The atmosphere is busy and buzzing and we noticed a lot of the after work drinks crowd enjoying themselves. Eve's Bar is also conducive for the students at nearby UTS where they are open for lunch. It really is a cosy place that sells good quality American styled food with a varied drinks menu. Part of the renovation includes a beautiful opaque window depicting Railway Square of yesteryear.
Really good fish and chips and good chicken and mango salad. Good service and fair prices. They have a happy hour between 5 and 6 (Friday 6-7). Would go back!
Great happy hour buys after a tiring day. Bought the beef and cheese burger for a $20 and loved it.
Very relaxing, friendly staff even though they messed up the drink orders a couple of times forgetting it was happy hour.
They initially made a mistake with our food order but more than made up for it afterwards. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was solid pub grub. The cocktails were 👌
We stayed at Mercure for a quick staycation. Dined at Eves Bar for the first time and had a great experience. Ordered 4 dish and the food is delicious and affordable! Special mention to Michelle who assisted us from eves bar, she is sweet and love her smile! Provided an excellent service with attention to detail. The chef even came out to serve the food for us. Great team, and Cozy Bar! Totally recommend it !! Looking forward to come back soon.

Great happy hour prices and friendly service. We were just there for a couple of drinks before catching the train and would happily drop by again.
Had amazing experience at the bar. Visited bar after COVID restrictions opened up. I would definitely recommend this place not just beverages but food as well. Received very personalised service as well from the staff specially Bar manager not sure but i think his name was Mani.
