Super cute cafe with a really nice interior with both seats indoors and out. Family/dog friendly. Relatively busy around brunch time but didn't take us long to get seats. Staff were nice and service was relatively quick. I think they had a smaller menu than I'd liked but very different dishes with heaps of healthy options. I got the dukkha eggs with goats cheese and this dish was everything, creaminess, fresh, crunchy, eggs cooked extremely well - overall the dish was really well-balanced! Very cute, but nothing too wow-factor about this brunch place, would come back though.
Actual rating: 3.5/5.
At this cutely decorated cafe, my friend and I ordered the "big m breakfast" and the polenta, haloumi special. Food and service was prompt. Food was enjoyable even with hidden mint leaves in my polenta dish. My friend liked her meal too. Portions were okay, I could've done with extra food.
The annoying thing is that there was a 10% surcharge on Saturdays that we were not made aware of prior to paying.
Beautiful cafe with lots of outdoor area which is great for dog owners like myself. The service is friendly and attentive and great menu too. We visited in a group and ordered all different dishes and everyone enjoyed it. Food is fresh and vibrant as well as beautifully presented. Great place for catchups and lazy weekend brunches.
If you’re looking for a good cafe near the airport, this one is highly recommended. The food is great, ambience is great, fairly priced and instagrammable. Although the service needs a bit of improvement.
All good, but waited a little bit longer than expected. And the Gnocchi tasted over cooked, cause it is too soft but the red source was super fresh. Hope the barista take easy next time.
The pancake was average, not enough syrup, bit dry. Omelette was good, but big breakfast was ordinary, needs add up some greens, like avocado will be nice.
We visited M & M for brunch. I was pleased to see they served quality products such as Iggy's bread. The dishes were good, flavours worked well though nothing exceptional. The decor is tasteful & lovely, however the location lacks atmosphere primarily because sunshine seems to skip this spot even on a reasonably sunny day. Brunch & sunshine go hand in hand in my books. They supply blankets to keep you warm from the lack of sun which is a pleasant touch.
I walked past this restaurant pretty often but have not been to it until recently. The price point at Mentmore and Morley isn’t exactly within my ‘office lunch’ budget. We had a chance to taste it when one of our colleagues had a farewell party. They serve quite a modern-esque Australian cafe dishes with dishes like haloumi and polenta, burgers, and poke. They also serve quite a few local beers.
The pasta special (w smoked tomato sauce) is to die for! I gasped after the first bite 😍😍😍😍😍😍 will definitely come here again to try other things from the menu.
Great for breakfast (Bircher or eggs on sourdough my favs), and yellow fin tuna + Salmon poke bowls for lunch are incredible. We even started going here for dinner on Friday nights - sweet potato fries and chicken wings for the win! Nice space and great service.
The team are always friendly, and the options are great! I love that during lunch menu hour, they still have sides options that allow you to make your own breakfast. The sides servings are big and still affordable!!
This place is 10/10 for me. We moved back to rosebery in April 2021 and were on the hunt for a good local. Never fails to impress as the staff are really nice, the coffee is great (consistently) and the food is awesome with a bit of something for everyone. Photo is a B&E roll which I hacked with a hashbrown, lifesaver in Sunday morning.
Nice service and atmosphere.
Bacon was noticeably cold which was unpleasant, and our coffees arrived very late, right as we were on our last bite of lunch which was quite unusual.
Could have been a one off.. would come back and try again.
Nice little cafe with a good atmosphere. The food all seemed healthy (maybe too much on the healthy side!) but I got the chicken burger special :)
Friendly staff. Decent flavours however portions on the small side. Sticky chai uses real tea leaves and herbs so tastes more bitter than powdered chai that other cafes use
Takes reservations. There are toilets on site. Came here right before our gin tasting at Archie Rose next door.
The food doesn't hit the sweet spot for me, but the simple experience of having breakfast here does.
Everybody is super friendly! And the food comes is beautifully presented too!
Decent food but the price is a bit steep. The cafe’s got the nice ambience setting. Dog friendly.
