I ordered oxtail pho.
They are promoting Chef special and I don’t mind to try.
Not regret my decision at all.
The meat from the oxtail is falling off the bone,
The broth it self, so aromatic and full of flavour.
I recommend this dish to try.

Best Pho Noodle Soup in CBD. I had rare beef noodle soup. The rare beef here is very soft , and very fresh. The taste is very traditional. The flavor is the same of a bowl of Pho I had in Saigon. Highly recommend.
Possibly the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Sydney CBD. They don't have a speciality dish, because most of their dishes are pretty freakin delicious. I eat at Pho Tonkin 2-3 nights a week, because their servings are generous, price is reasonable, food is hearty and tasty, service is fast and friendly. Great place to go for a casual meal.
