Our long travel from Wollongong was paid off. I love their pastry. Even it's not buttery as I expected but overall it was good. I recommend the savoury one with jamon cheese and sage as well as sour cherry cheese cake. The price also average not too pricey. The only think I don't like is only limited seating capacity (understandable cause it's only located in small alley/lane).
Absolutely delicious croissant. So soft, buttery and flaky and also crunchy in the right places. Worth trying when in Manly.
Awesome chill bakery ! Drove an hour for these croissants, was not disappointed - super crispy and light, tried the ham caramelised onion, jalapeno cheese, and a sweet one that had a bruleed top
All tasted great, the flavours aren't heavy so you could easily go for 2-3
Coffee was smooth - mocha and flat white were very nice
This hole in the wall serves up super flakey croissants with interesting weekly specials and friendly staff. The prices are pretty steep though. Be careful with them over charging you though, it’s happened to me a few times...
In Short: For some of the most coveted pastries you will find anywhere in the city, Rollers Bakehouse is worth getting up early and hitting Manly. For those seeking conventional croissants you are covered, and for those ready to get adventurous there are so many treats to sample. Cherry Ripe is one of those must haves!
Fantastic croissants and pastries, honestly some of my favourite in Sydney. 5 stars for their good selection of both sweet and savoury pastries with many rotational items, and although prices are quite steep I can't help but keep returning. Croissants are super flaky and super buttery, some of the sweet offerings can be a little too sweet but can't really go wrong with any of their offerings.
Been here two days in a row with family and croissants have been super tasty, both savoury and sweet. I’m more of a savoury person, so I really enjoyed the pesto one and also the parmesan w potato one. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy quality croissants!
I had heard some good reviews about this bakery, and gladly it lived up to the hype.
‘The Lox’ croissant 🥐 filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill, citrus and horseradish. I chose this croissant as I’ve not had salmon and cream cheese in a croissant before. The flavours worked well and I could definitely taste the hint of zesty Lemon . And such a lovely sight when you can see the various ‘honeycomb’ layers of pastry.

Note: they change their croissant flavours daily, I need to try one of the sweet croissants next time.
Overall an excellent croissant pastry with a tasty filling, my only feedback is I only wished they had more of the filling inside!

A new bake house in manly serving eat in and takeaway good. The croissants are outta control good and crazy flavours, both sweet and savoury. I got a regular butter croissant and a raspberry and chocolate. Get in quick though, they sell out quickly.

Ever since eating my weight in buttery croissants in Paris last year (I’ma blog it soon I swear), I’d resigned myself to a life of average croissants in Oz. But earlier this year after visiting Lune in Melbourne and proclaiming my undying love for their flaky croissants, I’ve been lamenting how Sydney is sorely in need of a croissanterie and BEHOLD! Rollers Bakehouse has opened in Manly just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beachfront (and also hidden down a slightly dodgy alleyway). Read on for more!
