I like this place, is divided in few small rooms, no crowed so you can have more privacy. The chef cooks delicious food in front of you and our chef was super polite.
Everything tested very good. We have already made another booking there for next weekend!
I love coming back to this place. Entertaining teppanyaki chefs and great Japanese food.
Been here three times and it still has maintained their really good fine dining experience where both chefs and employees are nice, interactive and attentive. Not to mention, the food was incredibly good as they are all unique dishes making you filled to the stomach.
Winter menu:
Photo 2: Salmon and prawn 9/10 overall very tasty and nicely cooked
Photo 3: Lobster tail (upgraded) 8/10 not as tasty as the seafood dish but the meat quality is good
Photo 4: Wagyu roll 8/10 good combination with the two sauces provided
Photo 5: Banana Sapporo beer crepe 7/10 was a bit soggy but the taste was fine
Other dishes included:
- tender beef with sour cream and carrot (entree) 9/10
- hokkaido scallop 8.5/10
- Kingfish salad with secret sauce 9/10
- miso soup

Food here is amazing and you get to see live cooking as well! The wagyu here is just beautiful. We had the Kobe Wagyu Deluxe and the tataki was seared to perfection. At 150gm , the steak was a challenge after the appetisers and soup but we made it! All in all a great meal. Highly recommended for the beef lover.
Decided to go with my boyfriend and do one of their Ito experience with wagyu and lobster tail upgrade. Overall food was delicious and cooked well and we enjoyed it.
Would recommend the experience.
What a great experience to watch a professional chef cook right in front of you! I loved the theatrics of it all and the food was amazing. I will say that this dining experience is quite expensive and it's a shame that it may not be accessible to everyone. If you're lucky enough to get a voucher or some sort of discount though, it's definitely worth going.

Japanese cuisine with the touch of Australian produce. You get to sit around a live kitchen with the chef preparing the dishes.
The Rock is an excellent set menu if your preference is Chicken and Mushrooms. The mushroom soup prepares you for the excellent salad and the chicken main course.
A great experience and a must try.
The Rocks Teppanyaki, located in The Rocks Sydney, is a famous restaurant that has hosted the likes of actors including Angelina Jolie, which means for a few hours I dined like a celebrity. . But what makes this Teppanyaki so special is not the celebrity status but the lengths they go to to source the freshest produce for their menu and how they train their staff.
You won’t find any throwing food into the air here, nor will you won’t find any frozen seafood either, and every Teppanyaki chef goes through an intensive 3-month long course is an excellent communicator as well as cook.
Went as part of Groupon deals. Price is worth it for all the sets being served. The chef that is cooking the dishes is entertaining as well - a typical teppanyaki chef who does performance. Food flow is perfect - not too slow but not too fast. We ordered a raw-medium cook meat for our wagyu steak but getting a medium cook instead but that’s fine considering the taste is good.
Kobe Jones is where it’s at if you want a Japanese banquet, and if you want added theatre to the meal, visit their their restaurant located at the Rocks, “The Rocks Teppanyaki”. This is not what you may experience at an American style Teppanyaki, where you spend half your evening dodging food all night, or trying to catch rice in your bowl, this is traditional Teppanyaki at its finest, where the talented Chef, Yumi Maeyama, hailing from Sapporo, Hokkaido prepares the meal right in front of you at the grill with care and precision.
Honestly such a fantastic experience. The food was really carefully put together and cooked to perfection making me savor each bite blissfully. The decor fit the restaurant with a slightly aged fancy feel - whereas where you'll be seated will feel simply modern. The chef was very open to questions and the staff were so warm and inviting. 9/10 the experience almost brought us to tears.
Had the Valentines day menu with the wagyu upgrade. Had a lovely experience with my fiance, special thanks to chef William for serving us this evening. Service was outstanding and the entire menu was delicious.
Had lunch here and it was really good. There was a lot of food, so be prepared. Most of the dishes were flamboyantly prepared with fire. I really liked the beef and the rice which was also cooked in beef fat.
Premium choice of restaurant for a teppanyaki show and meal with meat and seafood options available - a la carte or try a set course meal for something more special. The teppanyaki chefs are friendly and if you're keen you can interact with them more or just sit back and watch their culinary displays as they prepare your food in front of you complete with fire tricks.
We tried a set menu including both fresh seafood and wagyu. All courses were delicious with the seafood paired well with butter and sauces, and the beef cooked perfectly - in particular the Japanese A5 (we ordered medium-rare) melts in your mouth like butter, and the "leftover" crisped up fat pieces of wagyu offered were a bonus hit of (fat is) flavour.
The venue has multiple teppanyaki grills in separate rooms, though they tend to seat people together at the same teppanyaki table where they can.
The customer service was one of the best, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The dessert could be better but the rest of the food and drinks was great. We have a lovely time there.
It’s my first visit here, food is soooooo amazing 🤩 Chef Alex is really fun, full of laughter during our dinner time. The server Kai, he serving us very well, super friendly and patiently. Such a good birthday, highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️ Def visit again !!!
Groupon got really good deal. Service was great and the chef we had alway has a good smile. Food was nicely cooked.
There's a lovely little cocktail/bar room here. Just chill out and enjoy the ambiance.
Cocktail server Ray is very knowledgeable and good for a chat. Makes wicked cocktails
