Xihuahua 🐶 avoids vietnamese food so I had to redeem this voucher for myself. Outside peak hour I redeemed a rare beef pho with water for $7.5.
The fuh got large serving. Quickly served by the kitchen it is hot and fresh. The broth tastes really good! A bit too salty I would say. There is plenty of beef and noodle in there. The beef is not sliced but come in lumps with a bit of chewy bits. Mostly the beef is quite tender so I do not mind the form. Very good feed for very hungry me!
I’ve been here a couple of times. During my recent visit I ordered rare Beef Pho. Portion was quite generous and tasted pretty good. Service was quick and efficient.
A really busy little joint with the lunch crowd packing in. They do both take away and eat in. I ate there with a friend on a weekday and we sat next to this electronic numbering system where it beeps when a number is called. It was really loud. The whole place was really loud.
My bowl of pho was delicious, a decent amount of rare beef, noodles and broth. Pricing wasnt bad for me... but i know my parents would never pay more than $10 for a bowl.
The second time i came here i purchased a groupon voucher for $7.5 which gave me a choice of vietnamese salad or pho with a bottle of water. I picked the vietnamese salad with chicken to go. The chicken was still nice and warm, tender and full of flavour. The salad consist of what i believe to be bean sprouts... those green leaves that goes in your pho and... cabbage? Once the sauce was added and the salad was mixed. It was really good. Would i get it again? Yes already purchased another groupon voucher.
I would go back and pay full price for the pho without groupon. But i dont think i will for the salad.
Overall food was decent and i couldnt find too much to fault
Large Portion of Meal.I bought it from Groupon.Very GOOD DEAL!
it is a small restaurant, but for the price and location,it is amazing.Perfect for officers or students nearby in CBD.photoes are taken by my cellphone.
Location is convenient for us since it’s just a few blocks away from loft. Their Special Combination Pho (A4) was good and I was satisfied. I also loved their sauce, not sure though if it’s Sriracha. Eating their pho, warm & spicy was just timely since it’s winter when we came here, it helped me fight off the chills. My family enjoyed the food as well, they also assumed the chef/owner was Filipino since the curry tastes like it was cooked from our home in the Philippines ❤️
Great pho deal if you buy the $7.50 Groupon voucher using a coupon code!
I used a 10% off code and got a bowl of pho for $6.75, which is a steal in the CBD for great-tasting authentic pho. Reasonable serving size for what you pay and not much of a wait. Highly recommend checking this place out for lunch if you're around Wynyard.
I mainly come here for the combination beef pho. Although not the best I've had, it's still a nice and filling meal in central CBD. The staff are also very friendly :)
The best Pho I ever tried in Sydney! Just can't be more nicer! The owner even gave us the spring roll for free when they almost close last time, and the food always taste so fresh!
Seriously good Pho at this unassuming little shop in the CBD. It's delicious, with a fresh, homemade flavour that isn't overwhelming or salty! So, so nice. The best Vietnamese I've had in the city. The rice paper rolls are also super fresh and delicious with a good range including lemongrass beef and a roast duck. The price is great too, and the staff are super friendly. I really can't fault this place. I didn't expect so much from a little shop that only really services the corporate part of the city over a few hours over lunch. These guys should open up shop elsewhere where they can afford to be open at night too!!!
If you want great Vietnamese food - don't hesitate to come here. Food is always delicious. Every day of late I have their dumpling noodle soup with beef and vegetables. Great in winter - but in fact it's all great all year round. No pre-packaged food - here just wholesome, fresh great food. In more up market expensive restaurants you would pay double the price here, the food is so good. Go on - go there next time you want a great lunch. People all really friendly especially the lead nice lady at the counter with the nice red hat.
Banh Mi review only - decent roll for $6.90. the bread was a lil on the stale side but the filling was good (apart from a bit too much lettuce). Interesting selection of dishes inside and plenty of seating. Was busy at lunch during the week. Good spot for takeaway and a walk around Darling Harbour. Will come back and try the vermicelli noodles and Pho etc. Friendly staff and quick service
I had the rare beef pho and it was very good, good price and whilst I'm no expert on the broth, I was happy enough with the result.
Great beef phoo 👍 Large portion, really nice hot chillies
Love the convenience and location of this find close to work. Usually a queue at lunch times, and the team are pretty good at managing the queue. Love the vermacilli salad with spring rolls, flavours are good and could be deeper and richer. Overall decent and good value for money.
