Came here because a friend mentioned that they did Baked Camembert, which is impossible for me to turn down. It's a really nice little bar located a short walk from Central, on the way to Broadway Shopping Centre. The decor is quite nice and charming, and the music was a good volume to actually be able to a conversation during.
We of course ordered the Camembert, which was exactly what I wanted after a long day. The cheese was perfect, with rosemary on top and honey coating the bottom and sides. It came with crackers, pear slices and walnuts, which was great to nibble on while chatting. We also got their hot dogs, which were fantastic but a bit expensive. The sausage was super tasty and the toppings of cucumber, prawn and house made mayonnaise was superb.
I didn't end up trying any of their cocktails although I had my eye on a few. Mainly because I was waaay too hungry at the beginning for drinks and then I was too full! Definitely going to go back there and try one at some point!
Great little small bar tucked in back lane, coffee shop by day, friendly staff, interesting decor, plenty of events, film festivals, spin a cocktail wheel, food ok nothing special!
Amazing range of cocktails, great sound, eclectic decor, honestly I couldn’t imagine it getting any better. Highly recommend the Whiskey Sour which has a generous serving of fresh honeycomb from their own bees, or the This is my Jam with candied watermelon!! yum!! Can’t wait to return
I was fortunate enough to meet Presley at the bar tonight. She was incredible. Hands down the most personable waitress I have had the privilege of meeting. This is a great venue, but this lady is great at her job and makes it that much easier to thoroughly enjoy yourself on a night out. If the owners are reading this, she’s your backbone, cherish her :)
Amazing little venue, some spectacular cocktail, a wheel to slin for a random cocktail at discounted prices, fresh honeycomb from the beehives kept on the premises. Amazing service and some really cool little live music and electronic music nights.
Knox St Bar is all in all is a spectacular little spot if you're out the Chippendale way.

Great small bar with lots of character, a lot of effort has gone in the decorations. Has a large on tap beer selection and plenty of cocktail variations to try. I would definitely come back.
