Been here a couple of times for drinks and some nibbles. The service is always very lovely. And all I want to say is that the eggplant sandwich is the best thing I have ever tasted. It doesn’t look impressive, but trust me, it tasted divine!
Quite a fan of Charlie Parker. Located underground, under a restaurant, I was very impressed with the whole set up! Such a great atmosphere, and the place just gave off a really good vibe. Service was FANTASTIC. Very pleased!! Our waiter made recommendations (all in which we ended up loving). We had the smoked eel croquetteswith horseradish and lemon, the beef tartare, pane carasau with ceasar dressing, and the selection of charcuterie with pickles. Each dish was unique in it's own way and everything was so fresh and I would definitely return again
Tried some smoked eel croquesttes and negroni recently at negroni week. Great little bar in Paddington. Great cocktail menu and bar menu. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Came here on Saturday and couldn't believe it existed underneath a small cosy restaurant upstairs. It's like a hidden away gem in the heart of Paddington. Candlelit with very cosy chairs, it oozes relaxation and warmth. Gorgeous wines and amazing service. We ordered some bar food which was really tasty. Chicken liver mousse and salted beef balls. I had a taste of the mousse but knowing that I was eating chicken livers actually put me off. Closet vegetarian. However, the atmosphere made up for it
Fun cocktails and bar snacks that would easily be considered food. Pretty loud venue which makes it tricky to chat, and 100% need a booking if peak times.
My partner and I stumbled across Charlie Parker while visiting Sydney & wow, what a find! This place is incredible! The drinks, the service & the atmosphere were all really fun and welcoming. A special shout-out to Andrew who was our server, he was really polite and friendly and we had a good laugh with him, thank you for making the BEST midori pineapple I’ve ever had!
Beautiful decor and ambience, love the architecture of this underground bar. The service was very warm and friendly and unique cocktail menu. You can also get your cocktails/mock tails customised according to your taste. The food menu is limited, but has a bit of everything. The cocktails are bit expensive but worth trying.
Late lunch of magnificent tapas - aesthetically and gastronomically crafted: Crispy eggplant sandwich with bonito mayo and salted chilli; Potato croquettes with smoked burrata and parsley and salsa brava; Striploin beef Cristiano with ricotta and chimichurri; Pork and veal meatballs with tomato sauce, basil, and toasted bread.

Amazing atmosphere and brilliant styling. Merivale kills it again! Great selection of drinks, brilliantly styled. Staff are friendly and fun. Would highly recommend, great prohibition vibe. Also the best drinks menu I've ever seen, so beautifully done.
It's a lovely place. It's an underground bar and has a cozy ambience. The bar tenders are friendly and awesome. They often tend to make mocktails and cocktails if you suggest your choice of drink and different things you like along with it. In short, they have some great customized drinks.
