Don't usually review fast food places however I felt it's worth it for the interaction I had today. I ordered through the app however an error occured when processing the order after payment was made. Money was taken out of my account but the order didn't go through. Spoke to the manager and explained the situation she was very understanding and put through my order. She did say the money would go back into my account although not sure if that's the case as "pending" payment is normal for online purchases. Regardless though, I don't expect to be refunded at all, I got what I ordered and pleased with it. The staff are great and besides from this issue, never had a problem coming here before. It is certainly not the fault of the staff here that the app had an error so I don't blame them whatsoever, however, the app error and the app in general should be something Hungry Jack's looks into fixing asap — it has been buggy for a very long time and this is only the latest issue Ive had with it, on top of general lag and registering wrong clicks (Ive owned multiple phones over the past few years all having similar issues with it, from the shake and win feature to general unresponsiveness or false registering of taps - thought it may be a problem with the hardware of cheaper phones however I have a Samsung now and its still just as buggy) Massive thanks to the staff and Manager for helping me and being very understanding 🤙🤙
