Just a regular fast food chain. Food was pretty good but service is too slow. My friends waited for 20 minutes for their burgers.

Asked for a grilled chicken burger gave me fried chicken burger and then later they made me the grilled one but with heaps of paper and tiny bit of sauce. I had a worst experience.

I am vegan, I have only one option here that's really great. Macdonald does not have vegan options, not a good sign.
I like the burger apart from the brown cheese 🧀 it never melt it remain solid.
The coke they serve is not a good one.
For veganism we have to eat. Thanks to hungry jacks.

I've already eaten the fried chicken burger for 5 years, first time had the overcook mushy fried chicken, it's bitter and causes cancer, cant eat have to throw in the bin.

Don't usually review fast food places however I felt it's worth it for the interaction I had today.
I ordered through the app however an error occured when processing the order after payment was made. Money was taken out of my account but the order didn't go through. Spoke to the manager and explained the situation she was very understanding and put through my order. She did say the money would go back into my account although not sure if that's the case as "pending" payment is normal for online purchases. Regardless though, I don't expect to be refunded at all, I got what I ordered and pleased with it.
The staff are great and besides from this issue, never had a problem coming here before. It is certainly not the fault of the staff here that the app had an error so I don't blame them whatsoever, however, the app error and the app in general should be something Hungry Jack's looks into fixing asap — it has been buggy for a very long time and this is only the latest issue Ive had with it, on top of general lag and registering wrong clicks (Ive owned multiple phones over the past few years all having similar issues with it, from the shake and win feature to general unresponsiveness or false registering of taps - thought it may be a problem with the hardware of cheaper phones however I have a Samsung now and its still just as buggy)

THE WORST HUNGRY JACK EVER! FILTHY dinning area, and COLD burger!
Give one star because the food served was COLD, the bun and the beef.
Hungry Jack is advertised for it’s flame grilled beef patties, what we had was like straight out fridge cold beef Pattie’s in cold buns.
Additionally, there’s no one cleaning the restaurant, we were there around 8pm, the place was filthy, we struggled to find a clean table and chair to sit down, the floor was sticky, tables were covered by food residual, oil stains on chairs and tables, staffs members sitting in the back of kitchen laughing and chatting away.
Never been to a chain restaurant this awful.
