We come here regularly for lunch as it’s a convenient location and they offer great food. We have tried almost every sushi now. This restaurant offers a variety of Japanese dishes- from udon, bento boxes to all kinds of sushi and sashimi. We ordered the chicken karaage udon which was delicious- however portion size was very small. Slightly overpriced but overall great place. I especially love the grilled salmon.
I find that sushi can be hit and miss in Sydney and because it's also always expensive, it's a downer when it's not a great experience. Fortunately, that wasn't the case here. We were sat at a table and it was fairly empty for a weekday so we asked to move close to the sushi train. There were options that I've never seen before (always a plus!). The pieces I've tried were fresh and intricate in presentation and flavours. It is pricey but I don't mind paying more when it's worth it. I recommend the Jumping Crab! Service is also excellent here and plenty of seating inside.
The food is slightly pricey but worth every penny as it is always fresh and delicious. My personal favourite is the Salmon Sashimi - thick cuts, fresh and SO good! Their new sushi train menu features a single serve Agendashi Tofu I highly recommend trying. And if you check in a photo of your meal on Facebook, you'll receive 10% off the food bill (drinks not included)!

In an interesting twist, Danny Kim popularised his sushi chain in regional NSW, before opening this upmarket version in Sydney’s financial hub. The visually appealing wooden, wave-like fit-out by JNP Architects adds a womb-like warmth and intimacy to the often-mechanical sushi train experience. There are also long communal tables, just in case you prefer to get cosy with some friends and order off the menu, with an accompanying flask of easy-drinking Nikon Sakari Sake ($17/360ml) . For a chaser try the Japanese Ise Kadoya Pale Ale ($12) . It’s a nice, fruity match to the feisty chilli balsamic topped Seafood Kushiyaki ($14.90) skewer. A side of silky Agadashi Tofu ($8.50) - cleverly teamed here with slivered almonds - will ease any remaining sting. Went to Sushia last night, table of 6 seated at 6 pm. It was AMAZING. We let our waitress chose our dishes and we were not disappointed - everything was so fresh and tasty. The service was outstanding as well.. cannot fault Sushia will be going back again soon :)

Great!. Just recently opened, we had the mixed sushi sashimi and soft shell crab, everything was delicious! The service was quick and friendly. There is also a sushi train for quick informal lunches. - highly recommended & very good value.
