Michel's Patisserie

Went here absolutely dying for a Mocha on a cold wet day. Stood at the counter and got ignored by the guy serving before he told me to move to another counter. Meanwhile, the lady working was arguing with a young girl who I assume was a customer, and it was quite embarrassing for me and the gentleman next to me. When I got Mocha, it was pretty disgusting. Tasted like warm water with chocolate drinking powder added. Didn't detect even the slightest hint of coffee and I'm not even convinced the guy making the coffees put any in. I've found most places in Toowoomba to male excellent coffee and be quite friendly. This was neither. Staff looked flustered and the barista, based on whatever that gross drink I just threw in the bin was, seemed to have little idea what he was doing and even less social skills. Give this place a miss at all costs.

Hi, I went to your cafe this morning to get a coffee. Stood at the register while the staff behind the counter were talking and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. One of the girls looked at me four times and didn’t say anything. I understand it is busy of a morning and I would have been happy to wait if they had said they’ll be with me in a moment. After the fourth time ignoring me I decided to go over to Donut King who had lovely service and great coffee!
