I have visited Sushi Ren many, many times, Its my "go to" place when I need a Sushi fix. Like many others, whenever I have people visiting from other place - its the place I take them.
However, I have been disappointed Once by the quality of the food that was presented to me. I am giving Sushi Ren this rating because any restaurant can have great food and great prices, but when I had an issue they fixed it up straight away, in such a manner that it was obvious that they care about the quality of their service and they care about their customer's dining experience.
It made me feel as though they were more concerned about my enjoyment of the food they had prepared rather than the money they would get at the end of my meal.
I would give them 6 stars if I could :)

This place is fab for quick dine eats, take away and delivery! When we order delivery, we get the chicken Katsu, the spicy chicken cup, the honey mustard chicken cup, octopus balls and crab claws. They always arrive fresh and are super tasty! This business is consistent dining in and for delivery. Sushi Ren for the win!
Best sushi in Logan, always have a great mix of sushi out, staff are absolutely lovely and attentive, only sushi train I go to anymore

By the way - they have “Happy Hour” from 8:30pm (kitchen stops) to when they close at 9:00pm - Takeaway Sushi only for $2/plate.Normally all the plates are $3.50 which isn’t too bad. Oh there is a 3% cash discount. (Feels like a roundabout way of saying a 3% card transaction fee)Service is pretty attentive by the Korean speaking wait staff. Food comes out quick. Serving sizes - well my partner thought the scallops were a bit small as was the piece of eel we got.It’s a close rival to Sushi Edo and isn’t too bad. If this part of town is more convenient then by all means check it out.

Ambience 5/5. Although it a casual dining restaurant, but it has a touch of sophistication.
Food quality 4/5 the variety of items is more than enough. FRESH sushi.
Reasonable prices.

We, a family of 5, dined here this evening and I was really impressed with the staff, the beautiful fresh and tasty food and family atmosphere. The train plates being all $3.50 was really great and there was a wide variety but you can also order from the sushi menu at the same price. We will be back :)
Only started going here about a month ago because Sushi Edo upped their price! (Every cent counts). My partner and I found this place by accident when we were on our way to eat at a different sushi train across the road near Aldi. We figured why not and gave this place a shot, honestly do not regret it and now it’s our sushi Sunday spot because plates are $3 on Sunday! My partner and I are huge sushi fans, ren might not be as good as edo, but hey it’s closer, cheaper and sushi is still real good!
There are two sushi chefs and they are great and fast, I always order large off the sushi menu and they don’t fail to get it out quick with great detail in the sushi! The portions are pretty big too (bigger than sushi edo I reckon). All the staff here are great, always in a good mood and smiling.
My partner and I love it here, feels like home... if you love sushi that much and stick around there as long as we do ;)

Friendly local sushi train, staff always courteous. Good pricing, especially the $2.80 deal on Sundays. Dishes apart from sushi quite nice too. Sushi are generally freshly made, but everything is drenched in overly sweet teriyaki sauce or mayo, hence my preference for non sushi dishes. They have a nice small kids playpen too, but they seem to have only one movie as we go almost weekly.
We went here on a whim a few months back and have been going weekly ever since. I love this place way better than sushi train. The food is great and way better priced than sushi train as all the train plates are the one price and even cheaper after 8pm and they don’t skim on the quality. The staff are so friendly and lovely This was certainly a hidden gem on Logan road and I am so happy we found it.
This neat little sushi train is situated in the middle of a road junction in the midst of a commercial area in Underwood. They offer a similar experience and pricing to Sushi Edo, except without the order taking ipad and the credit card surcharge.
Ambience: clean and tidy. Comfort chairs than Sushi Edo. I liked that their music wasn't too loud. Unfortunately, it was a really quiet time when I went so there was no atmosphere.
Food: quite a solid effort on their part. Everything was very well done. No complaints there. I particularly liked their karaage, cuttlefish nigiri and the aburi scallop nigiri.
Service: had to be proactive getting staff attention half the time to put orders in as the train didn't have many things to choose from. That aside, I found the staff to be quite friendly and willing.
Verdict: wish it were busier and the portion sizes a little bigger. Overall, quite good; prefer this place over Sushi Edo but it's not as convenient for me.
What I like about the Ren franchise is its ability to vary its restaurants with every new opening. From its original sit down restaurant in Runcorn Plaza, to its little express joint in Little Taipei, I've been pretty happy with their food, which is why I decided to try out their take at revolving sushi, at their Underwood branch.
