Food was delicious. Coffee was really good. Had salmon with beans & my friend had beef ribs and we shared a Nutella waffle for desert. Service was pretty good although could do with a little improvement. Only complaint is that we arrived for a table booking at 5pm, were the only people in the whole restaurant at that time and they seated us right up the back near the staff backroom when there was an abundance of nicer places near the front windows. Other than that was really happy with my experience :)

To start off with--Criniti's was AMAZING 😭😭❤. I haven't had such good food in a long time. The restaurant opened last night and we were lucky enough to grab a table. Food was SO delicious and there are so many options that it almost makes it hard to choose. Not kidding, those menus are large enough to swallow a person whole once unfolded. Desserts were phenomenal and I was blown away by the expertise and flavour of everything. I had a wonderful time dining out with friends and our waitress was so friendly and made the whole thing better. I would 10/10 reccomend going here just to have your minds blown--if you like Italian prepare to go on a flavour bonanza. I will certainly be getting the cocktails again--the Sammy D Bull was friggin delicious 🤤. Will 100% be returning here for the foreeable future of dinner nights in order to try everything!!! I mean just look at the presentation of the food in these photos. Some are half eaten since by the time I whipped my phone out we had been voraciously attacking the meals like the dinosaurs from Jurrasic World eating goats and business men. It was just that good. Now. Just for some constructive critiscm. Sorry but feedback is important to improve service! There were a few hitches--as any would expect on opening night. Our booking was made via phone and unfortunately the name was taken incorrectly (this is not the first time this has happened to me however so I took this with a laugh). Upon arriving at the venue on time at 7:00, the booking could not be found--expectedly--since it was under another name. We were asked to wait and 20 mins later I returned to desk remebering that I had been asked to give my number when I called to book. The reservation was finally able to be confirmed when I suggested I read my number back to the waitress (dark hair, white blouse)--who after finding my number attached to the booking, admitted our table had been given away (we waited 40 mins in total for a new table). The manager did keep us in mind throughout the chaos of table sitting during the busiest period of service, but I would have appreciated at least some water or something while we were made to wait considering the error was made by the staff. Now. I was a little pertubed byt this--such a mess could have been avoided if the waitress had asked me to recite the number when I first approached about the booking, or if indeed she had called the number to inqure where our party was. So!! In summary for any staff who read this; - Double check names when customer places booking - If there's a possible mistake with the booking name , use the phone number trick. The customer should not have to make that suggestion. I lament my lost table. - I get the feeling the manager was not informed about the nature of our issue when she asked us to wait, so maybe this was to blame for the fact we weren't given something to compensate for the error. I really would have appreciated if we were asked if we would like some water or some breadsticks (or whatever Crinti's serves as the equivilant to apology breadsticks) to keep us occupied. I don't usually demand to be waited on like the queen of freaking england but it did put a hiccup in the night and to justify the price of the food the hospitality has to be 👌👌👌 extra. -Please get nametags for your staff so I don't have to describe them by looks 😂 They deserve to be recognised as people. Alrighty! Despite the hitches as mentioned, we had an overwhelmingly good night. It speaks for itself that I gave a 5-star rating even with the mistakes. The food was amazing and again our waitress (blonde hair with glasses) took good care of all her tables and had a wonderful attitude to everyone she served. Anyway. GET YOUR BUTTS TO CRINITIS PEOPLE AND ENJOY THE DELICOUS FOOD!!!

A feast for King!!! Superb and friendly staff. Warning Big portion meals!!! It's easy to order more as all the foods on the menu look delicious. Definitely coming back! We also have taken away and the way the foods were wrapped is five star. Also I have to give a ten out of ten for its chips!!
