Lovely atmosphere with a very comfortable setting. Staff were courteous, proficient and very accommodating. Any request was quickly seen too and nothing was too much to ask. The food was delicious, presented beautifully and the blend of flavours was like a party on your tongue. Highly recommend Bistro Sixty5 for any casual or romantic dining experience in Hindley St.

Pleasant enough. Our party of four went on a voucher. There was nothing really memorable abut the food (I had the 'surf n'turf') but it was well-cooked and well-presented. Nothing one could object to. The desserts (creme brulee) came with some attractive trimmings. Attentive and efficient service. I imagine they cater mostly for business people staying at the hotel who aren't interested in an 'adventurous' menu. .
The voucher was really excellent value.

BistroSixty5 is the Adelaide Hotel Grand Chancellor in-house restaurant. Decor and service were pleasant. I ordered the steak dish which was served in reasonable time and a perfect medium rare as ordered. Well plated (see photo) and tasty. I had affogato with Kahlua for desert. Nicely plated and tasty. Staff asked how the meal was, and were courteous and helpful.

Had a great 2 course meal here. Oysters for entree and chargrilled tuna with Asian salad. Both dishes were delicious and the tuna was cooked perfectly

Nice place to have dinner in the middle of Adelaide city. Good quality food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this place for a dinner out.

Recommend this place for sure. We had a couple of cheap drinks during Happy Hour, with my partner having an absolutely delicious Espresso Martini and her daughter having a Apple based Seasonal Daiquiri. Had the Surf and Turf Tower in Bistro 65 as part of a voucher, which was plentiful. Only downfall was the steak was overcooked.

First time eating here. Used a groupon and the set menu was great. There was steak,chips,salads,prawns and more. Well worth it.
