What a gem. Just finished one of the best meals ever. Great service and the menu was an absolute treat. Could not fault one dish and the meal seemed to get better with each dish served. Who would have thought crispy potato skin and potato ice cream could taste so good. Every dish was a winner. Thank you for a wonderful experience. All the staff were exceptional. Hope to be back soon.

The absolute best dining experience in Melbourne. Every dish was sensational, so innovative and different. It was also a treat to have the chef's serve the dishes, particularly Clinton McIver. I couldn't recommend Amaru highly enough.

First class food - presentation, execution and delivery paired with outstanding floor service, small wine list but well paired with the experience in a classy open kitchen dining setting. If you can, ask to be seated at the chef's table for a chance to meet the team in the kitchen. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
