Chapter One is by far my favourite coffee and wine bar in Sydney. It has a cozy interior, stunning beach views, excellent coffee & food and the friendliest staff you could ask for! Will definitely recommend Chaps to everyone I know who plans to visit Bondi and Sydney!

Loveddd the granola bowl, they use a coconut yoghurt which is sweet with a cute consistency and it made the bowl taste amazing.
Hands down the best brekky roll in Sydney. Simply the best. Highly recommended the coffee as well! Staff are lovely. Great location and view.
I first came here years ago on date nights with my wife, and after moving out of Bondi we returned recently. It was as good as we remembered. Excellent wine, antipasto, cheeses and killer toastie and the Reuben!
Great view, great vibe, good coffee and one of the best toasted sandwiches I've ever had. Good selection of drinks too. The all gold bathroom is a highlight!

A nice little place not far away from the beech. we did not intend to come to this one initially, but the other one we selected was full. the food was OK in this place. simple, with a modern twist. the service was a bit slow but decent, on the verge of being cold. The staff memebers do nit have much facial expression and I felt I might offend them if I smile. But I tried, they did smile back a little bit, which was reassuring.

Stumbled upon this little place on a visit to BONDI Beach. Ordered coffee and Bircher. My partner ordered the breakfast roll. Both were fantastic. I shared some of the breakfast roll after my partner claimed it was one of the best she has ever had. I would have to agree. The coffee was also good quality. Well worth a visit.
I stumbled across Chapter One by accident, if i hadn't been distracted by the behemoth of Bondi Trat next door, i might have found it earlier. only ever had the coffee and take away. Have to say it is very good and look forward to having a bit more time to explore breakfast. Staff are engaging with the regulars - I don't qualify as one yet - hopefully my status will increase over time. All good - look forward to coming back

Got the smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers and the dirty caramel milkshake with 2 shots of coffee!
Order & Pay at the counter as the staff didn't come out to greet us.
Food was tasty and the milkshake was pretty good too!
Overall, good first time visit!
