Everytime I come to Qld this is on our places to eat. If you want your steak well done then you actually get it well done. And the meat still melts in your mouth. Complements to the Chef. All the wait staff are excellent, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Belvedere to anyone after a great meal at great value
Great service and location. Love all the food there especially the antipasto tasting plate. Keep going back because we enjoy going and all staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.
Cossimo and his staff were great on a Tuesday night , the salmon bruschetta and rib bone steak were a delight. Cooked perfectly at medium rare.

Came here for a quick dinner with my wife on a night out. The food was very good. Eye fillet cooked med rare as asked, my wife had the salmon salad and it was great.
Very nice casual pub style environment with great good.
Love eating out here, you have the view, friendly staff and the owner is always there is there is a problem, but have never had a bad meal. Yes sometimes there are ships in, it’s never ruined our night. You there to enjoy the company of your friend and family.
Ok awesome! From the minute our group walked in “table of 6” we were welcomed, like one of those old Italian restaurants, remember when the husband and wife ran the place and treated you like family.
Drinks came immediately. Then the normal discussion began. Who wants what? What do you feel like?
Like a well organised professional, the host asked if he could take the lead in our meal choices.
After a few smug looks at each other, it was his to take the lead in our meal.
Wow we were amazed from start to finish. Beautiful meat cooked to perfection. Starters and sides that tempted the taste buds to go back for more.
I loved this experience especially when everyone seemed to get a little of everything they wanted.
My only down point which is almost nit picking, it was a hot day and being a semi open restaurant it was rather warm inside with only ceiling fans for respite.
Really the food spoke for itself and it left every one to enjoy the afternoon.
I really loved the interior of this restaurant, open but homey, fancy but cosy. The pasta was very nicely done, flavoured spot on and very generous with the crab meat. The lamb share plate was nice and filling but nothing very special. Also tried the baked oysters and soup of the day, hearty and yummy but it’s something you could cook up quickly at home as well. Nice place to relax and enjoy a ‘homey’ lunch or dinner.
We came here looking for some good steak and succeeded when ordering tje 1kg wagyu rump. The marbling score was aroumd 3-4 which was visible with every cut. At most this was a great steak, some chewy bits in there but a 5%. The service here is always good and the aptmosphere 👌.
The dessert tasting plate was nice and balance between sweetness and tang from the sorbet, nutty pudding and creamy pannacotta. Paired with coffee/tea was great.
The only downside was noise coming from the ship that was parking right in front of our seats and my husband's cup that has a lipstick mark on it, but it was quickly replaced with a new one.
Great Service and reasonable pricing, Recommend the Mixed Grill but our group of four all enjoyed their meals. Meals arent large but certainly great quality!
Fantastic lunch, can't go past the mussels and oysters! Staff were great on such a hot day! Gorgeous spot for a drink, one of the best at Portside!
Great cocktails. The staff was friendly too. We had issues with thier some of the food and they did not charge us for that. Surely recommended for a quiet evening with your loved one.
