Absolutely the BEST steakhouse in Australia! If you want a delicious meal prepared and served by excellent staff then you should definitely visit Outback Steakhouse! The quality of food is superb, the pina colidas are out of this world and the desserts are to die for! Outback is and will always be my all time favourite restaurant! Best food you ever tasted! <3
Love this place. Never had a bad experience here. Great food. Great service. My steak was perfect. My husband had a burger which he said was awesome. Blooming onions are the best!! Love the sangrias!! And we were there for happy hour which made them even better.
great food. exceptional service with a really great family atmosphere. Love the big cold beer and bloomin onions!!!
I have been many times and had a great time on all visits.
Best lunch I've had in a long time! Loved the lunch half rack of beef ribs and loaded potato! Had the dessert sampler...this was like 3 full sized desserts for $20! We rolled out of there! 🤣👍 Spent $70 for 2 ppl...def worth it!
Very nice steak cooked to perfection
They have a good range of children’s meals as well
There’s a lot of room for parking
The staff are very friendly
Will definitely go back
I didn’t know about this place until I saw the same chain in Japan. I enjoyed it there, so I decided to see if it exists in Brisbane. The service is as good as I remembered in Tokyo. The food here is a mix between good and ok. But always get several orders of the blooming onions. These just disappear in a blink of an eye when you are with people.
Love this place, steaks are always tender and the potato soup sounds boring but is absolutely delish. The service is always friendly and we love the dessert selection. My only grievance is that the steaks do not come with vegetables or salad, just chips. You can order them separately though
The ribs and Burgers are always great. The Service is good 90% of the time depending on the waitstaff we get. Can't really go wrong with unlimited soft drink refills either.
My favourite go to restaurant in New Jersey and couldn't wait to try them out in Brisbane. Went out with the FAMBAM and friends. Cocktails were amazing, husband loved the Victoria's Filet. I had the rack of Lamb which was cooked just the way I like it. Wish you had the clam chowder. Maybe something to think about. Been here twice and enjoyed both nights. See you soon.
Loved the venue, its atmosphere and lovely staff. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience though we thought our dinner was overpriced.
We tried Blackberry Sangria as an aperitif; it was just the right flavours for our appetite. The crispy calamari was followed as an entree; light and crunchy but the calamari came out with too unwavering a thin crackly coating. For a main, we shared Alice Chicken and Pork Ribs. The chicken was not too bad and the ribs were amazing!
The great Steak out for superiority is always a fight worth investigating, and with the Hogs Breath just a stones throw away from the Outback SteakHouse, Aspley sure isn't short of cow cuisine...
There's a whole range of Steaks, from the standard, super huge, 250g Sirloin for $28 (or its bigger 340g twin for $35) right through to T-Bone, Rib Eye, Chargrilled, Herb Crusted and Peppercorn crusted.
Focusing on the belly busting standard Sirloin steak, it's a good value package, throwing in two choices of homemade soup - I picked onion rather than potato - and a side, including salad, chips or coleslaw.
Better still - and something I rarely see at other Steak places - there is a menu detailing the types of Steak and how they are cooked, which takes the guesswork out of things and reduces wrong orders. I can testify that the 'Steak on ma plate' looked true to the one in the picture, too.
So, any good? Well, the soup was scrumdiddlyumpcious. In English and not Roald Dahl, that's creamy, flavoursome and full of mega melting mozzarella!
To the main event, and the steak was big and tasty, only suffering from the usual gristle. The chips smashed it, amazing with the overpriced but nevertheless outstanding mushroom and peppercorn sauce ($2.75 each).
Service was strong and prompt, there's good glassed water with ice and straws, big tele's with live sport and plenty of seats for all.
Only downsides were I nearly got locked in the disabled toilets (thanks to a dodgy catch) and the waitress with two faces, who served us well but did nothing but mutter every time she walked away. Maybe a busy Saturday night and stressed, but unreasonably rude nevertheless. For that reason, points docked. This distastefulness was not representative of the other staff, and overall Outback Steakhouse is a 'must visit' place.
Great food and quick service. Slightly pricey, but not completely out of the realm of reasonable given the large portions and excellent customer service. The sangria is exceptional!

Went here for brunch, quiet and chill atmosphere 7/10, waiters and servers (customer service) 7.5/10, we had the Tommy with potatoes Med rare 6.5-7/10, overall- not the best Tomahawk steak I've had esp at such a price. We had a good time anyway, thanks Aspley team!
Love this place. Love the outback inspired design. The food is expensive but is worth it as the food tastes amazing and generous portion sizes as well, I can never eat everything so I appreciate that I can get a takeaway box to take my food home. I've never had any issues with the food or staff. I highly recommend the bloomin onion, Alice Springs chicken and ribs combo, chocolate thunder. Tastiest food I have ever eaten.
Had an absolute blast at this place. My first time ever coming to an outback steakhouse and I couldn't have enjoyed it enough, especially with the help of the server named Monique. She was so friendly and felt extremely easy to talk to, very pleasant experience with her.
The food was absolutely delicious and I am definitely coming back here again.
I loved the spooky set up with Halloween slowly creeping up and how clean the place was. Definitely recommend coming here and enjoying a good night out for dinner.
We have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a very long time, mostly due to my husband being American and craving a Bloomin Onion. It was well worth the long journey (almost 50kms) and expense.
So the not so great things first.
1. We were celebrating a birthday but not offered the birthday brownie which was a bit disappointing. Didn't ruin the night but still a little sad. I'm not sure how it really works but when we booked it asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and I said yes, assuming they'd ask if we wanted the brownie. If we come again I'll just ask next time.
2. The young guy that took our drinks order. Now I'm not sure if he was having a bad night, sorry if you were, but he was very abrupt and not very personable. It might have just been us though because the table behind us were told the cocktail special and where the drinks menu was but we were not. Possibly about 5-8 minutes after being sat that we were asked what drinks we wanted.
3. The Bloomin onion is small for the price. Delicious but small. When you've had the Texas Roadhouse version and then compare it to ours... It was just small. After all it's just a fried onion and it's comparable in price to the fried shrimp which is odd.
4. The 'Fresh sides' five potato options and one seasonal vege. No salads or corn or any other option which was super odd. When you get to pick two it's weird to have so many choices of the one vegetable. I mean we like potatoes but we don't want two different versions of potato.
5. The website menu. It is outdated. We had been looking forward to sharing a sirloin steak but it wasn't available anymore. It's okay though we enjoyed our meal but maybe remove it from your website?
Now the good stuff...
1. Our food server. She also checked us out when we left and we enquired with another team member what her name was and she told us it was Paisley. She's fantastic. Looked a little stressed but she was running around doing everything. She checked on us several times which is almost unheard of in Australian restaurants and that was greatly appreciated.
2. The food. Other than the weird lack of side options we were extremely impressed with our food. We always have such bad luck with steak (at other places) but they were seasoned beautifully and cooked exactly how we asked. There was a slight size discrepancy between the two steaks which probably would have gone unnoticed if we hadn't ordered the same cut but we've worked in the meat industry before so we understand that not every strip is going to be exactly the same.
3. The drinks were good sizes and the table water was free which is a plus. The appletini was lovely and perfectly made. Credit to your bartender.
4. The decor although a bit worn and dirty in places was keeping on theme for a steakhouse and the seats were comfortable and the table and cutlery clean and in working order.
Had an absolutely lovely meal. Enjoyed a nice chat with the Chef that came out to see we were happy with our meals. Always nice to know they care a take a moment out of their busy night to get some feedback.
We absolutely loved Outback Steakhouse. The food was sooo delicious, especially the steak sandwich. The birthday boy was surprised with an amazing free birthday brownie dessert!!! Our waitress, Pais was wonderful. Thank you for a memorable night out.
Took a while to get out of the kitchen. Had a few side dishes missing and chips were a tad cold. But staff were very apologetic and sincere. Otherwise the steak was great. Cooked as requested.
These folks just know how to BBQ and serve the food perfectly! The environment, staff, food and overall vibe of this place is magical! If you appreciate your steaks and want to indulge yourself, definitely pay it a visit!
