Can’t believe I haven’t tried this place earlier! This was a really nice surprise. Ingredients were fresh, and well thought out sandwiches. I will definitely be back!
Artisan sandwiches
This cool sandwich bar has a great menu which has something to please everyone - you can also choose between short (6 inches), long (11 inches) or lettuce (for the carbophobics like me). My husband and I shared a long Halfbrick (chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce & avocado) sandwich, and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup for lunch. The bread was chewy and had an artisan feel about it, and the fillings were really good quality. The broccoli cheddar soup was terrific. We thought that the prices were very reasonable and the staff were really friendly.
We parked outside and popped in to buy a bottle of water on this sweltering day. Instead of coming out with only water, and a brownie, we discovered another wonderful HEALTHY stop option. So refreshing to hear how proud they are of their all hand/homemade foods. We WILL be back!
Of course l got the beef brisket flatgrill and of course l wasn't disappointed. It was amazing. So much flavour. Came with pickles and coleslaw and l loved everything about it. The service was great too. Very friendly.
Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Angry I’m not in Briss longer to eat here more. The menu is so big and the food so delicious wish I had a chance to try the soups.

Me and my man’s new favourite place! Disappointed we didn’t try them sooner! The sandwiches and soups are both delicious and filling.
We get a family feast and have a sandwich and some soup each for dinner with a sandwich and some soup each left for lunch the next day! The food is both fresh and filling.
American style sandwiches, love love love! Would recommend the corned beef sandwich and the pumpkin soup!
I can’t believe Subway operates in the same area with these guys when they are so much better. For amazing fresh sandwiches and awesome soups look no further!

This is a really cool place to grab a quick bite to eat. Plenty of sandwich varieties to choose from and the soups on the menu are a great addition.
I tried the broccoli cheese soup and it was delicious, with every spoonful of soup you could see the stretchy gooey cheese strands. The broccoli flavour also managed to shine through.
I also ordered a gourmet sandwich. Although it was delicious, and I am a firm believer in simple is better, I did think the fillings were lacking. If dannyboys served the same sandwich as the picture on their menus I believe it would be a winner hands down.
Great for a quickly made lunch on the go (but there is a nice place to sit upstairs!). I had the Phat and it was simple but great. The bread really makes the meal. Would recommend!
We have just had the most amazingly tasty sandwiches. The bread was so fresh, the variety and choice on the menu was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We are visiting from Melbourne and wish we had a DannyBoys near us! Highly recommend, keep up the great work👍
I’ve been going here since 2011 and it’s only gotten better. You can’t beat fresh quality bread and a great range of sandwiches and treats. My go to is a sandwich (usually a Hero or Big Ken) then a bowl of the broccoli cheddar. This is my place I use to celebrate or reward myself . I recommend everyone try them, it’s a sandwich like no other!
This sandwich shop is like no other in Brisbane. I've tried many of their sandwiches and they have all been delicious and so are their soups! They are cheap for what you get!
Insane. The value for money and taste is unbeatable. Really filling, tasty sandwiches. I enjoy treating myself by going here during exam block.
bro no joke I effing loveeee danny boys I get the fries from here like many times a week and they're always banging - the wait is kinda long ngl but 100% worth it and good value for money. theyre always fresh and warm and soooer delicious. thank you dannyboys
