So I have been going to Lankan Tucker since it opened, I pop in once or twice a week. Sometimes I wake up on a Saturday morning going what do I want for brunch, curry and egg, and there is only one place to go for that. Sometimes I just want some good old smoked salmon and smashed avo, I could go almost anywhere for that. But here I am, back every time. The portion sizes are huge, I eat only once and a snack later when I come for brunch. I can easily get gluten free foods without paying extra and getting a smaller dish like most places do. the staff have no problems changing things up for me if I need it. I try to eat my way through the menu each time it is updated, I don't fear a bad dish, cause I know that isn't possible here. And the drinks menu, if you haven't had a faluda, have a faluda. the staff are fun, they take care of everybody, they know who we are, and they know all the kids too. The best resturant there is.

Got takeaway from here and it is amazing. Everything we got was great but the potato curry and eggplant relish were my favourites. Spicy and flavourful!

A very busy Sri Lankan cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. Tables are aligned side by side. Portions were decent.
Kotthu roti - A delicious dish which we finished too quickly as it was so easy to eat! It was mildly spicy overall. We enjoyed the soft cubed roti and sweet onions the most.
Milk toffee french toast- 2 slices of soft French toast drizzled with milk toffee sauce and accompanied with meringue and sweet strawberries. The toffee sauce was the right sweetness but combined with the icecream was slightly runny.
Hero side pan roll - the most crisp skin with vegetable filling. The sauce was quite spicy but perfectly matched with the pan roll.
Faluda- sweet sri lankan milkshake - colourful and a refreshing drink with the sherbet syrup. No flavour in the jelly but the basil seeds add texture to the drink. For additional sweetness, have the 100s and 1000s on the rim of the cup!
Sri lankan iced coffee - Very sweet coffee as it had condensed milk and creamy vanilla ice cream. It was definitely refreshing as it had a few big bullet ice drops to compliment.
Lankan Tucker is a great alternative to you everyday brunch. Menu is great filled with Sri Lankan favourites in a cafe environment. I recommend the biryani burrito and their faluda drink. Friendly staff also. Thanks team
From the Sri Lankan place we have been to, this place is very good. Nice decor, cutlery and service. Freshly cooked food, authentic taste and good portion.
Been to this outlet a few times and have been super impressed both times with the service and food. The team is relaxed and friendly and the food is traditional Sri Lankan with interesting modern twists in terms of flavouring/presentation.
Attentive and friendly staff. Super clean bathroom with change table and environmental friendly toilet paper. Great menu with vegetarian options. Food came out quick. We had the hoppers (quite spicy) and the roti. Chai latte was nice. It was very busy at lunch.
Love a modern take on sri lankan brunch! We ordered the Lankan staple and hip hopper. If you're new to Sri lankan food then we highly recommend the hip hopper. There a few different things you can try.
The lankan staple came with string hoppers, lentil curry, coconut sambol and a mango salsa on the side.

Wow the Hopper tastes even better than it looks. So did the bryani, roti chips and Kohthu roti. Oat latte was also on point. I will definitely be back!
This place is amazing. Highly recommend! We came here for brunch on Mother’s Day and it had such a welcoming vibe from the moment we stepped in. The food is delicious and I love the modern twist to the cuisine. YOU NEED TO TRY THEIR MILK TOFFEE!
My partner and I often stop in for a take away coffee or when we have the time we stay for a meal. Hands down the best food and customer service. The staff are so friendly and positive and they seem to always welcome us in with warm smiles even if it’s their busiest day! 101/10 highly recommend :)
