I bought one of Grizzly’s famous Seafood chowder this week and I was not disappointed. Plenty of seafood, fresh, tasty and perfect for dinner with some fresh crusty bread. Bloody fantastic thanks Griz. Will certainly be back for more.

The food here is exemplary, however the service is even better! Lots of friendly & capable staff; when buying a KG of prawns the lady even honoured the slightly incorrect price sign although I wasn’t really concerned about it; the Aussie red spot prawns were beautiful, but I think they’re greatest product is the Curry Scallop pies; just get in early, we got them right out of the oven at lunchtime after missing out the evening before! What a great shop!
They have a lot of kinds of seafoods!!! And their open hours until late, it’s really nice!
We bought prawns, oysters and frozen scallops, prawns were good, however, oysters were frozen and my friend said it was not fresh.
New to Cairns and stumbled across this gem. Fish was fresh and cooked beautifully along with the crumbed Scallops. Was very busy but worth the wait.
Best fish and chips! Had battered barramundi served with chips and garden salad. It’s fresh and tasted really good.
We bought takeaway fish and chips here one evening. Service was good, and we didn't wait too long, given that it was quite busy. Prices were reasonable, but definitely not cheap.
The fish itself was great. However, the batter was more akin to the crumb that you'd typically find on a schnitzel, and not what you'd normally get on deep-fried fish. The chips were ok, but lacked any crispiness or body.
Finally I found a delicious and fresh fish and chips. Good price and variety. You have some tables outside if you want eat there but I did take away. Friendly staff. Quick service.
