Yuuma is way better than 3.6. I’d give it a 4 point something if I could but the coarse scoring of Zomato doesn’t allow it. The starters are the hero. The pork belly dumplings and edamame spring rolls are sensational. I had a first dumpling and thought “hmm that’s quite nice”. Had a second and thought “goodness that’s actually rather good”. When I had my third it was “wow. That’s delicious”. How often do you try something that gets better as you eat it. My bento box with salmon was fine as was my fellow diner’s Udon. Overall this is smart and clever, modern Japanese cooking. The staff are as polite and attentive as you’d expect from Japanese. Thank you for a lovely, easy, quick and clever meal.

We came here for an early dinner after a show. We were served right away and had the menu explained and our orders taken. We had the Pork belly gyoza and the special nori fritters with black cod for starters. Oh and they served some complimentary miso popcorn as well. For mains we had the Yuzu Mushroom Cos Lettuce and the Duck Breast Miso Ginger. Lastly for desert we had the Houjicha Tiramisu and Taro Doughnuts. Everything we had was delicious. I’m really enjoying the popular use of yuzu in their dishes. Definitely coming back for more!

Service was 5 star. Super friendly and super informative of food. Food was fresh and decent size. I rolled out of the amazing restaurant. Japanese with a twist is a must try
