Great brunch spot and not too busy on a Sunday morning in January. Enjoyed the polenta soldiers and a shakshuka eggs as a couple. The waitress had good knowledge of gluten free options and spoke through the menu. Items are customisable.

I have heard so much about this place and definitely will come back to try savoury dish. Today we had maple brown butter donut and pistachio sicilian cookie. They both were delicious. The staff was lovely and the cafe looks really inviting and relaxing
A lovely Italian inspired deli in the heart of Fitzroy, Alimentari has a cute European bistro feel combined with a beautiful country inspired deli. Shelves overflow with fabulous ingredients and the display cabinets are laden with delicious looking treats.
There is a deli inspired menu, but we like to come here for a quick lunch; so we like to pick from the ready made goods. Everything is homemade and fresh, and the pastry on both the quiche and tart was short and buttery. Both were tasty, and the coffee is also great. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and this deli has that homely feel that keeps us coming back.
I had a delicious breakfast of mushrooms on sourdough toast with poached egg, pancetta and feta. Yum! Service and coffee were also good thank you.
OK so whilst I have no photos to share with you we were absolutely amazed at the quality of food from this place which we quickly visited prior to a comedy show. Suffice to say we were not disappointed. The salmon and caprese salad was amazing!, 100% recommended and we'll be back for sure š
This place is a gem! The food ... wow, so tasty and delightful. The only downside for me is the service. Although friendly, they were a bit slow. Food took a while to come out. But otherwise itās a great little place on Brunswick St.

The corn fritters on the breakfast menu (which is served all day) is my favourite meal of choice. The corn fritters are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, served with poached eggs, bacon and avocado. All a tick for me and have been served consistently really well. The coffee is great, (I opt for almond milk and they use milk lab) which is delicious. They have a dining area of the restaurant as well as a takeaway area also that offer a great range of salads, sandwiches and soups and a range of meats. Only thing I found here is sometimes the service havenāt been as great as the food but I can overlook it due to the consistently great meals.
This was a great space and had the best paninis and sandwiches Iāve had in Melbourne. The service was good although a little slow, but they were really busy. And they accommodated our kids with yummy spaghetti too! Will be back again!
Wow, wha a outstanding fit out this place is! I was lucky enough to get a spot out in the garden it was the most beautiful setting! 100% a must visit! A real treat! great coffee! Really yummy food ā„ļøvery happy! Canāt wait to go back
Good food and great service. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. We ordered the squid ink pasta and it tastes amazing! We saw this on the recommended places to eat in Melbourne and it really deserves to be on that list
