$4 PIZZA!!!!! Such good value for an incredibly affordable price. The service wasn’t the best at the bar, but I don’t particularly mind, had a good meal and left happy after a fun trivia night.

Bimbos holds a special place in my heart because it was genuinely the first restaurant I ever went to that blew my mind with a great atmosphere and creativity at its core. My brother introduced me to it over a decade ago. A place where you can sit in an igloo with your friends and eat pizza for $4. Not to mention chocolate pizza before it was a thing and flavoured vodkas sitting in massive bulbs with curly tubes leading to the spout. Pacman and old skool games as tables, records on the wall, high heels on the ceiling and old second-hand couches where you often share a lounge with strangers. Fast forward 15 years and it still exists but has a whole new face. It still has the good vibes and character, I mean, there’s half an aeroplane in the middle of the room.
Went here for a Sunday sesh and $4 pizzas. Was a great time especially given the new queer themed Sunday’s. The waiter was OUTRAGEOUS and I’ve never fallen in love so fast. Nothing better than drag performances all night
great chilled place to enjoy some tasty cheap pizzas for lunch, highly recommend the potato pizza, awesome booths if you go with a small group
I’m so glad they reopened ! The $4 pizza is actually so good, I am always so impressed by the quality of the food here . The vibes here are also great , love catching up with friends and getting a drink here too. My go to pizza here is the potato one
You get what you pay for. Bimbo's $4 pizzas are not the best pies out there, but they're cheap as chips and largely vegan and kinda filling, so you really can't beat it. Be prepared to wait if visiting at busy times or with a group.
The one and only. Reborn with the same egdy vibe but cleaner, sleeker decor. The bar looks so good now. Fab staff as before. And the $4 pizzas. Legend.
Good staff, excellent atmosphere, great pizza for $4. Simple and not exactly the best in Melbourne but certainly the nicest you’ll get for less than a fiver. Also, Iron Man pinball.
This place has a great atmosphere in the day and at night. The service and drinks are always great. The vegetarian pizzas can all be made vegan. It was alright pizza, they just take away the dairy from the pizza to make it vegan. To make it better it would be great to have vegan cheeses and vegan sour cream.
$7 pizzas which tasted average, sweet potato fries which were delicious and a reasonable selection of drinks. The set up is fun and definitely takes me back to Berlin. Funky interior, an airplane as a DJ booth, odd rooms with couches for a chill hangout with mates. I think this is just one of the many cool bars offered in this district and I would return ! The bartender that worked last night at the rooftop was super friendly and quick service. :)

I'll admit that I made this rating while I was a bit dusty from the night before, so that's probably why I didn't leave details, but I want to add them now, first off, security, they were great! super friendly and made sure we didn't stand out in the cold for too long, next up is your bar staff! goodness gracious, what AMAZING bar staff, one bartender in particular, I have forgotten her name but she was the best! super friendly and made the night heaps of fun, I loved the night, it was super fun, the dance floor was fun and everyone was having a great time, I gave it 4 stars because the floor absolutely ruined my pink shoes but upon reflection, everyone was having a good time so drinks were splashing and dirt was probably moving along with it. In reality that isn't a fault of the venue so i've changed it to 5 because I loved it all. Can't wait to come back!
Updated review since reopening, love this venue heaps. Been coming here for years. Awesome vibe and service and many things on and places to sit. Pizzas are fabulous but drink prices are a bit oof
Very comfortable bar , happy hour pricing excellent, staff 😀 accommodating, friendly and happy in their employment. $5 DOLLAR all day ,excellent value .
They’ve done a good job upon reopening, pizzas aren’t the same but fantastic value. Happy hour is great.
Vegan pizzas for 7 bucks (5 for ones with regular cheese) and Lagavulin, along with a sweet rooftop (no view sorry) and good service makes up for the copious amounts of the Kewpie baby everywhere, especially the spinning metallic one. It's definitely worth a visit in my opinion
