Wow!! I had no idea of what to expect but this place went way beyond any food experience I have ever had. The venue is perfect, alongside the wharf, the staff are attentive, friendly and have full knowledge of their food and the food ... OMG, the food!!! We went as a party of 4 and decided to go with the Degustation. Basically for an hour and a half we were presented with plates of amazing, complex, tasty, exquisitely presented edible art that we a joy to devour. I ate things that I never would have considered, ever ... Approximately a dozen plates of tempting foods - vanilla poached prawns, sea run trout that melted in our mouths, impossible potato "glass" and so many more things,, finishing with possibly the best cheesecake plate I have even seen. So many plates from the artist in the kitchen - Joel Pead. Pearl - hang onto this guy, his menu, his vision and his skill is your future!!
Great staff, seafood platter was the ducks nuts. Salted smoked salmon and wahoo reminded me of the breakfast fish in Japan so I had to finish dinner with a Yamazaki whiskey!
Amazing location, best service, thank you Sunita! Battered fish was the best I have had. Normally do grilled but the batter was very light!
