Nice relaxed café hidden at the back of a small mall. The Mexican/Mediterranean influenced menu was a bit of a surprise for the decor, but it was a nice twist for the breakfast items we ordered. The service was polite and efficient and the price was reasonable for the location.
There weren’t that many tricycles, but we especially enjoyed their music choice: Best of The Smiths!!
Great find tucked away off the waterfront. Warm spot with plenty of seating and solid coffee. Breaky menu did look good but we had already eaten. Staff were great and the vibe was relaxed!

Forget about coffee served in an avocado. Tricycle's version is much more tempting, filled with scoops of housemade genmai miso and blackbean miso. There's a complexity of savoury saltiness to each of them. The genmai, or brown rice miso, is my favourite, with its nutty butteriness.
A cute little cafe with a good vibe in the courtyard of Salamanca. The eggs were good but a little on the runny side, the place was quite busy but service was quick. Would go back.
Wouldn't be my first pick in the area, but still a good breakfast. They took a bit of time serving us, by which time the eggs were slightly overdone, but the flavour was still tasty and enjoyable. Coffee and chai was good too. Very cute location!
Perfect coffee and spicy Spanish breakfast

Tastes like chai. Nice location and hipster staff with flower dresses on. Makes me feel like im in brunswick after a big night down at the drag queen eleganza.

Great tea, excellent cake! Could use some more craft beer, but not the worst I've seen. Good atmosphere, friendly staff .
Personally, rissoto isn't my thing but this cozy café tucked in a corner of Salamanca really surprised with with their rissoto special! I actually liked rissoto for the first time thanks to them! The crispy baby broccoli with minced radish and sunflower seeds. Super yummy! It's a special though. Home brewed chai tea was fantastic with the honey and frothy milk. Definitely will come again!
Love their classic baked eggs!! But when they do have 'special'/different renditions of this classic on weekends...?!!? M u s t try. Always exciting and good. Everything they put up on the chalkboard's seasonal and amazing. &&&, the coffee spoons are so strange and cute!!
Went with the family for breakfast. Eggs benny was spot on.
Seating on the covered, heated patio was spacious.
The team was customer-focused and provided service with a smile :)
Thanks for a wonderful breakfast; we will be returning!
Cute little 'hipster' cafe, we tend to keep a lookout for restaurants like this one. Smaller menus mean to us they put more effort into what they serve, we weren't wrong with this little cafe. The coffee was great, although served earlier than the food so we had finished it before the food was served. I got the huevos el rancho, chili beans with a baked egg and my partner got the scrambled eggs. No complaints all around, we even went back another day but sadly they were closed as it was a public holiday.
Lovely staff and atmosphere. The mulled wine was a little too sweet with lots of pulp, but still nice. Delicious complimentary bread with it too.
I loved this place sooooo much!!!!! It was very yummy i enjoy eating everything including the workers!!!! 5 Stars!
Nice atmosphere and friendly staffs, creamy mushroom soup was amazing!
Possibly the best coffee in Hobart. Really is a hidden gem. Worth finding. Nice place to sit and have a good breakfast.
Highly recommended.
