This Vietnamese restaurant seems to know how to make good Soup for Pho.
Broth was very meaty-tasty, well balanced quality, hot enough to mix some vegetables provided with together. Most importantly food were worth of paying for!!
Hot soup saved me from chilly weather and binge Pub drinking in this happy & blessed Island, Tasmania
Sliced raw beef briskets on top of Pho should be slow cooked after mixing then with noodle in hot enough soup, this is one of typical styles how to make Vietnamese Pho soup taste better, but which may take a couple of mins and it may turn clear soup into dark and meaty flavor.
Try to ask staffs to cook meat in advance if having clear soup is preferred.
By the way, meat in Pho and Stir-fried dish was a bit chewy, but it was happy to enjoy as this restaurant does not use a meat tenderizer which is one of reasons why giving them good review. Hope to come back soon and taste dishes gain

Had lunch and for the price and kind of place, it didn’t disappoint. Beef noodle soup was tasty and spicy. Spring rolls were flavorful and lemongrass beef rice was also good.
Can’t compare this with a high end sit down restaurant. Food tasted good and was ok par with what we expected. Nice little joint for a quick lunch
Good quality, affordable food.
Busy but quick service
And very yummy 😋
