This Vietnamese restaurant seems to know how to make good Soup for Pho.
Broth was very meaty-tasty, well balanced quality, hot enough to mix some vegetables provided with together. Most importantly food were worth of paying for!!
Hot soup saved me from chilly weather and binge Pub drinking in this happy & blessed Island, Tasmania
Sliced raw beef briskets on top of Pho should be slow cooked after mixing then with noodle in hot enough soup, this is one of typical styles how to make Vietnamese Pho soup taste better, but which may take a couple of mins and it may turn clear soup into dark and meaty flavor.
Try to ask staffs to cook meat in advance if having clear soup is preferred.
By the way, meat in Pho and Stir-fried dish was a bit chewy, but it was happy to enjoy as this restaurant does not use a meat tenderizer which is one of reasons why giving them good review. Hope to come back soon and taste dishes gain

Had lunch and for the price and kind of place, it didn’t disappoint. Beef noodle soup was tasty and spicy. Spring rolls were flavorful and lemongrass beef rice was also good.
Can’t compare this with a high end sit down restaurant. Food tasted good and was ok par with what we expected. Nice little joint for a quick lunch

asked for a chicken roll and specifically asked for no peanuts, was assured there was no peanuts in said roll. ended up in hospital from anaphylaxis to peanuts. quite clearly there is issues with contamination or complete disregard to consumers wellbeing. they need to be more direct with customers on this matter. it is paramount to be honest when it comes to this as i came very close to loosing my life. if i could give zero stars i would.

My com tam was served without fish sauce, asked the staff twice for it but they just ignored my request. The spicy beef noodle was bad, does not taste like Viet spicy beef noodle at all.

Never been to Vietnam before so I Can’t compare with the real chicken pho in Vietnam. but what they served was fine for me. Taste okay not really rich in flavours but fine. Slide of chickens in the soup. Fair for the price. Place is inside the corridor and connect to the other side of Salamanca complex. Interior is a bit old look and secluded but that’s what I’m looking for. Other people might have their own preferences

***BEWARE*** I regret not reading the reviews before coming here and agree with all the other negative reviews.
What a pathetic joke of a Vietnamese restaurant! I don't know how this place can remain in business at a premium location as this?
I had the diced beef (refer to attached photo) which was practically raw beef.
My son had the pho which was full of msg.
My wife had the BBQ meat vermicelli which was barely ok although the spring roll contained mainly flour and no traces of meat. The accompanying pork chops reeked of tenderizing preservatives.
Service:the staff were clearly speaking Vietnamese to each other yet when I decided to place the order in Vietnamese out of courtesy, the counter staff understood me but acted as though she doesnt speak Vietnamese.
