I love this place! Everything they serve looks so pretty, and is equally delicious. The watermelon lemonade and the chocolate lava cake are just perfect. It's a small place, but the tables are well spaced if you're needing room for a pram.
Small spot that doesnt stand out when driving past but is worth a visit. Variety of cakes, sweets and desserts. Some vietnamese sweets and coffee.
If you like Japanese matcha green tea as much as I do, try their green tea creme brulee! They don't skimp on green tea goodness here. This dessert is accompanied by a chewy red bean biscuit slice. My partner's savoury dish was average but it wasn't why we came in anyway. Other dessert looking items on display also look delicious, and they make birthday and wedding cakes to order.
We were the only customers there on a Friday night so it was a nice quiet place to sit and chat over some nice desserts. The green tea creme brulee was good and definitely worth a try. Their juices are really something to try too, especially the watermelon one.

Nice dessert place situated at unley. Close to city and close to all shopping areas on unley. The shop has cakes and dessert to dine in for and takeaway. They have signature apple tartin, crepes and etc. the fruit drinks and coffee are gorgeous there. They mainly do a lot of cakes order. Special decorations order. A lot of Jin's cake is mousse based and they are absolutely yummy - every single flavour. The staffs and owner is very kind, polite and understanding, they takes feedback very well - which is why there are more sponge cake base of cake as well now. The black forest cake is so so good. I had this cake for my birthday this year. Another three of my favourites would have to be potato cake, pumpkin cake and green tea cake. I'm so surprised when I have the pumpkin cake for the first time, I never thought it tasted so so good. Highly recommend to try their cake. With ordering occasions cake please put through the order way early to avoid disappointment as they gets super busy. To top it off, there's some really soothing and happy music while you feed your sweet tooth. Highly recommend.
Simply lovely - from lighting, deco, music, to coffee and desserts, everything is wonderful. It is like a dream, or perhaps better than dreaming !
Fancy cakes. Visited last night. Excellent hot chocolate, creamy and chocolatey. I had the blood orange cake which was very pretty but not as tasty as I had hoped. Lots of sugar on the outside. My husband had the cappucino cheesecake which he loved. Was more than half full at 9pm on a Tues night. Good service.
Sweet success. Went in on the spur of the moment, and although pricey thought my little cake was exquisite. Ended up splashing out and buying a cake to take home to share with my two daughters and partner (white choc and mango sponge) - they inhaled it. Yes I could find cheaper cake if I wanted to but you could see the care, detail and fine ingredients that went into this beautiful dessert. I love the fact the owner has taken a punt - opening in Adelaide - the location may be overlooked a bit on busy Unley Road - but hopefully people will make the effort if they want a special treat.
Fantastic!. The decor of the restaurant is absolutely good and the cakes are just so pretty and taste good. One bad thing is they are not open very night, I want to go there every night!
Amazing Creme Brulee. I had read the interesting reviews on here and finally made an effort to visit Patisserie JIN on the weekend. Everything is very prettily presented as expected, and it was hard to make a choice as it all looked delicious.
The SmallPapa had the banana pancake, which was a pile of small fluffy pancakes sandwiched with thinly sliced banana with a very sweet maple flavoured sauce. Not huge but very tasty. Perhaps could have done with a little cream to break the sweetness. However, my Creme Brulee was TO.DIE.FOR! A pot of the most delicious thick, smooth custard with a touch of lemon with just enough brulee on top to give it a crunch. It was accompanied by a couple of thin wafers and a small pot of caramel cream, which tasted a bit chocolatey and totally yum. The combination was perfect.
Coffee was really good too. Great dessert place, or just to have a coffee and cake.
Love this dessert place. For anyone who would like to experience authentic Korean cafe, looking for a very private and relaxing place during weekdays, this one is highly recommended. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, be sure to mention that to the owner as most of the things are quite sweet.
Patisserie Jin was satisfying, it has incredible potential to be known to everyone. The service was great and the wall art is a lovely touch. I would recommend maybe to focus in only having windows desserts made daily because they had amazing taste and texture. We were a little disappointed in the dine in menu as display desserts were exceptional. Patisserie Jin has that nostalgic feeling when we visited a dessert restaurant called Hidemi Sugino in Japan.
Amazing cakes from this place! Soft, smooth, not too sweet absolutely mouth watering delicious sweet potato cake with lovely elegant decorations on top for a birthday. Couldn't fault them in any way!

The cakes and desert here are heavenly. The cakes are light and not overly sweet. A hidden little gem of a place, highly recommend trying their cakes and desert!
I never leave reviews on google maps but this place was special. I thought desserts were just something ladies went to get to socialise after a meal. But this experience changed my perspective. Special thanks to the pastry chef at Patisserie Jin. I’m going to cater my wedding cake from here in the future.
Love Patisserie Jin! The ladys here are so friendly and welcoming and the desserts and drinks are to die for! I would definitely recommend the V&T Crepes with home made ice cream and the Strawberryade is just devine! My favourite desert bar in adelaide!!
